  It is not clear upon ordering. You would think that you order brand new balls at reduced price, but it is not the case at all. It seems as though you are pruchasing used balls. Would you have knowed that, you would compare the price to a few titleist price sales directly or thru other sellers like GolfTown several times a years and suddenty your experience with halfprice golf balls looses it's traction.

  Bought mostly 5A and some 4A to see quality difference. The 5A are in very good condition no scratches or damages to the surface of the balls, just some light sharpie markings. The 4A are also in good condition, some surface marks or damages but not much. Overall great value and I will be ordering again!

  Order 5 dozen balls, changed my mind after 3 minutes and sent in a cancel order as I wanted to order different balls. I also called twice leaving messages yet no one responded and to this day nothing. They do keep sending review requests. I would of given one star but decided to give them two as the balls arrived within a few days of ordering. They need 100% improvement in customer service.

  The only thing that disappoints me is buying premium balls & not having the ability to have them personalized. That is the main reason I buy from you. I bought these balls to use in my back yard driving range. On my last order I was going to buy Calloway ERC White (5 doz & Yellow (5 doz) which I did buy but I on that same order I tried to buy (5 doz) premium pro v1 (2021) balls but wasn’t permitted to personalize them. Why? Not being able to personalize the balls I buy will have me paying normal price for new balls at Golf Town & getting them personalized locally
