  Balls are fine, price is fine, custom printing basically a comedy of errors. After my custom image couldn't be found I sent the order thumbnail as a reference to find my graphic. They applied the potato resolution thumbnail image to the balls and sent them. Who thinks that is what anyone wants?

  Hey thanks I appreciate that. I don't think it is a worthwhile use of resources to redo the order and ship more golf balls back and forth across the country. The only reason I decided to write this review is that there was no acknowledgement that the product should have been better when I brought it up previously. Had the response to my email been the same as to this review I never would have written it.

  These guys were terrific! I ordered five dozen for me and two dozen for a friend, in pink. My white balls came and are nice looking and I I'll be proud to use them. There was a mistake and they sent orange balls for her. I contacted them, just to point out a problem, because there are lots of shades of pink. They immediately pointed out the error, gave me a choice of their pink balls, and shipped the replacements UPS so she had them in just a few days. Great balls and great customer service.

  I received 4 dozen Titleist Pro v1 golf balls. 2 dozen yellow pro v1 of which 7 balls were badly scuffed & 2 dozen white pro v1 golf balls, 1 was badly scuffed, 2 were Prov V1X. Disappointed the description they provide does not apply to actual shipment received.

  I have ordered from Half-Priced Balls many times. The site is relatively easy to use. The balls have always been good quality, as described. I think the part where we add the ‘personalization’ feature could be improved / simplified.

  I was supposed to receive free personalization on my order, i added it, or thought I did, but the balls never came personalized. The website does not make it intuitive to personalize your selections and add to your Oder.

  The product was exactly what I was expecting. The classification used to describe the quality of the product was very good. There were a few scuffed balls but no more than what I was expecting. The value does match the price. Delivery was a bit lengthy as the order was confirmed 3 days after the transaction. Overall i would recommend this supplier though I am not going to be a return customer. Thank you

  Most of the balls were as advertised but a few had clearly been through a heavy wash and scrub. They look good now but had been scrubbed hard enough to wear away at the logos.
