  The Vice used golf balls are in great shape. They have a slight odor of disinfectant from the cleaning process. I highly recommend purchasing these recycled golf balls. Very fast delivery.

  Things have gone downhill at halfpricegolfballs.ca. Regular customer, have always been more than pleased but not this time. 5A refinished balls came with many rough spots on finish and inconsistent quality of the paint and ball markings. Previous orders of refinished balls have been pristine, but not these. I'll use them but wont be ordering refinished again.

  I have ordered golf balls from half price for years and the are excellent. They continue to exceed expectations and have not missed the ETA ever. The golf balls are exactly as they stated and I have not heard any complaints from the people I The only complaint was that some of the balls are not available, and I say order them early.   The balls are basically brand new. I found 1 single ball out of the 2 dozen I received that had any sign of being hit at all, and it's so minute you wouldn't even notice it. no markings, discolouration or branding. Even a couple with some fun custom numbers! This was my first order, and will definitely not be my last. Nice to get the high-end balls at a great price.

  Three out of the four dozen balls I ordered were correct. The 4th dozen was an easy mistake to make, however I reached out to HPGB stating I would like an exchange or a discount. I received a short email back "here is the return label" a week after I sent I am still waiting for the correct balls to come in. I email them and next thing I know is I get a refund rather than getting me the product. I gave two options of discount or exchange -not return. Now if I really want that dozen I need to spend over $100 to qualify for free shipping. Poor communication/ customer service.
