  Had gold balls printed for a birthday present for a friend. The printing is so small and light that had I not spent quite a bit of time looking for it I would not have seen the three lines of personalization. At first I thought they forgot to personalize the ball, I don’t think my friend will notice the inscription.

  I'm not satisfied with my order. It was clear that the balls were refinished in some way, and I did not want any refinishing - thus why I ordered the 5A balls. The paint on the side was blurry, and when compared to a ball out of a sleeve, it had a completely different finish and it was clear the dimples were not as deep as the new ball. Further, you could see numerous blemishes on the new finish that was applied. AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT A REFINISHED BALL!

  I bought five dozen grade 4A Pro V1X balls and only about two dozen balls matched the description of what they define grade 4A. The remaining three dozen balls outer layer have deep gouges in the urethane or missing it in spots.

  This was my first order so I didn't know what to expect. I ordered 5 dozen mixed Callaway balls. Some of them were really old War Birds and all different compressions. Many had logos and player markings. Some of them I tossed into my shag bag. I will selected a higher grade if there is a next time.

  Very responsible to my questions and were helpful in selecting a ball for my swing speed. Order released the next day and arrived within a week, not bad considering the delays delivery companies are experiencing right now during COVID. Wouldn't hesitate to reorder from Half Price Golf Balls as the balls are in great condition and the value is excellent.

  I am giving 2 stars because I accept some responsibility for my lack of satisfaction. I paid just under $30 for 12 inexpensive golf balls. There were suppose to be multicoloured balls as that’s what my wife wanted. Half of them were white. I could have bought better balls at Golftown for less money. I paid extra thinking it was to have her initials put on the balls but got a piece of paper in the box with her initials on it. I assume I failed to read everything so I accept the blame for that but I thought she was getting more than 1 dozen inexpensive mostly white balls. It will be the last time I order from this company.

  I have left a few messages due to the fact I ordered 5a balls. These are to not have logos or names on them and all of them do. I would like someone to return my call and I would like balls without logos and markings like I ordered. Until then I am leaving this review. Not a very satisfied customer at the moment.

  There was some confusion on my original order. To be fair, it could have been me. They refunded the amount for the original order. I reorder and everything went well the second time. Received exactly what I ordered (free shipping was nice) and free custom lettering on all golf balls. With standard shipping I got what I ordered in about a week. Very good.
