  Giving a 1 star for the kind lady I talked to when I placed 2 orders and wanted to combine them to get the free shipping. I ordered 3 sets of personalized golf balls. 2 out of 3 were almost identical when I personalized them. My personalization was a small logo with writing underneath. However, 1 out of the 2 sets the writing came out extremely blurry. I inquired about the blurry writing but I was blamed for it even though the writing was created off of their website. I recommend choosing black as your choice of colour if you want something legible on your personalized golf balls.

  The good: for a couple of extra bucks, the order was processed and shipped very quickly. That’s a first rate process. The bad: I ordered 3 dozen 5-A balls and 9 have visibly damaged covers. That’s 25% of the total. Had I purchased a lower grade of ball, I’d be more sanguine about it, but I ordered the best, and too many of the balls were not 5A.

  After taxes, shipping and buying the 5A balls its not really half price. More like 15% off. Maybe on the 1A or 2A balls its half price. One of my 24 5A balls did have somebody's initials on it. But considering I like the NXT Tour S and cannot buy them any longer I am pleased. But 2 dz of these 5A is equivalent to 1dz of new Titleist AVX balls. So there's the half price :)

  very disappointed with UPS. I was not home when they tried to deliver so left pick up instructions. Attempted to pick up next day and the "access point" for pick up claimed not to have them, even though the tracker on the website said they were delivered there. Went back next day, same thing until they used the tracking number I provided them to look a bit harder. Low and behold, they were there and I suspect they had been since day 1. The "access point" is an electronics shop that looks like a scene out of the tv show "Hoarders". If I had purchase/shipped anything of more value, I'd be even more concerned.

  The quality of 4A is very acceptable for most of players. Very light mark on only fer balls, like you would have after th first half of the first round with it. Others may have only some alignement line on it. Also, I am impresed by the delivery time. Thanks to HPGB team.

  I received the order in about 4 days using the slowest shipping option. The gold balls appear to be in very good condition while some do show signs of having been used. The price was about 30% of what I would have paid for new balls and since they will all get "sharred" with whoever finds them, I am very happy with that price.
