  The refinished golf balls were very clearly in bad shape but just smoother over. You could tell the balls were scratched and bumped and just painted over. Not good quality at all. Barely cheaper than used prov1 but not near the quality.

  Shipping was very quick, and the balls were at great value. My normal retailer sells the same amount, for the same price but much worse quality. Will definitely be coming here again next time I need to re-up. A rep from the company even reached out via email shortly after my purchase, customer service was exceptional

  Among the provi's 1 and 1x, 3 dozens of the pristine qualities, some of the balls were discolored as if they sitting in water or buried in dirt for a long time. I paid over 41 dollars a dozen for those provis. Some had scratches and tiny scuffed marks on them. Whoever checked them and qualify them as pristine, something is wrong with that person. By the way I sent an email to Shaun the day I received it and got no response. The balls looks good but not pristine for the price I paid.

  When I originally ordered a few dozen, I did not see the part that would add the personalization, so I added it in the comments section and they still figured it out. I did receive a phone call when one type of ball I had ordered wasn't available for personalization, so I changed it & added one more set & they were good enough to keep it all together so my shipping cost didn't increase. The golf balls arrived quickly and were exactly what I had ordered. Very pleased, thanks.

  I've ordered before, prior to when the new "Pristine" rating appeared on the web site. Based on my previous orders compared to this one, the "Pristine" rating was equivalent to the old 5A rating and the the 5A "Mint" balls I ordered this time are certainly not the same quality as the old 5A "Mint rating, but I understood there was probably going to be a difference based on your rating descriptions. More logo'd balls and off color balls than expected ( a mix of different years too ) but still a decent value.
