  I bought halfprice golf balls, but they are not really halfprice, because they look like used balls. Taken that into consideration, they are ot halfprice vs new balls. Halfprice should explain better the definition of every term they use to define theis balls: example, what is really generations 5A?

  I’ve ordered before but didn’t specify which grade I wanted..so,they send the best grade. When Imordered this time they sent the lowest grade and they were a disgrace to even be graded. I ordered pink balls..half of them were colourless some had a spot of colour still on them. I sent a snap,to half price to,compIain and they replied I should have stated which grade I wanted. They said Imshould send them back. I already paid 9.99 to get them delivered. What were they going to do with these awful balls..no one would use them. They just lost a customer…

  In all very pleased with the quality of golf balls except my last purchase. I ordered 5 dozen red Truvis golf balls. They were out of stock after I ordered so I accepted Truvis X Crome Soft. I always get Mint golf balls. These were a 4 Star definitely not a 5 Star mint balls. All other orders of Truvis balls have been mint quality.

  Order 5 dozen balls, changed my mind after 3 minutes and sent in a cancel order as I wanted to order different balls. I also called twice leaving messages yet no one responded and to this day nothing. They do keep sending review requests. I would of given one star but decided to give them two as the balls arrived within a few days of ordering. They need 100% improvement in customer service.

  Balls arrived within a week and were in perfect condition. They looked new!! The only tiny negative was the personalized writing on them seems rather thin and I assume it might ware off sooner than later. Would highly recommend ordering your golf balls from here!
