  The ordering process was fine. The item was misrepresented on the website. Askee for a refund and was told I'd be responsible for return shipping, even though the product didnt match the picture. The intent is to get you to keep it despite their shady practices.

  The order came out great and the person it was meant for loved the personalized orange golf balls, the markers and tees. Wish you carried golf towels and also wish the font for the golf balls were more BOLD text. And darker . But overall- will order again!!! Also, order came super fast!

  I didn't receive my order in my hands although ups said I did. I emailed customer service right away. They phoned me within a couple hours and said they would launch an investigation with ups. Never heard back with an answer. So I emailed again for update. They called about a week ago to confirm my shipping address and have seen no notice of new order. So I lost $135. Will never order from again unless they replace order, refund or even a discount of 50% off next order something? Very upsetting not to get an answer. I could live with they delivered to right address and I am just out of luck it happens.

  Hi Tim, The only reason you haven't received your replacement yet is because the balls are out of stock for another 2 weeks. Once we get them in we will be happy to replace your order. Also it takes 8-10 business days from the time we make claim with ups before we can ship out new orders or make refund. Alternately you can take a refund now if you wish.
