  My son was pleased with the golf balls I ordered for him. So with that I have no problems they were to his liking. I had a problem with the order not being able to bee sent to a PO Box. I had to find another address for the parcel to go. It was a gift and I had to ask where I could send the gift to. He lives in a different city than I and I had a problem finding a friend and then getting the address and permission to send. This is a heads up because his poses a difficulty.

  I was very satisfied with my orders with the exception of one set I received. The personalized print was missing from 2 of the balls. Other than that the site was easy to navigate and adding my personalized message was simple to do. I was very impressed with how quickly my order was done and shipped to me.   Golf balls I received were was described except for one ball. I ordered pristine condition and true enough, there were no markings or any logos. The one ball though did have the paint chipped on one part but it was no big deal as the rest if the golf balls were perfect.

  I have ordered from Half Price Golf Balls several times before and was completely satisfied with the quality of the product and service however this time there was a problem with my order. Half Price Golf Balls sent me the wrong product. I called Half Price Golf Balls to deal with my concerns and they admitted to the error and immediately refunded my money. The mark of an honest company is a company that makes a mistake, admits it and makes it right. Half Price Golf Balls did just that and I will certainly order from them again.

  This is the second year in a row I've ordered personalized golf balls for my husband. He only hits ProV1s and this is the only site I've found that will customize and ship them to Canada. They are amazing. Love that I can put ANYTHING on them. This year I commemorated him being a new dad. I ordered my dad some as well to commemorate him being a grandpa. Usually score in the 80's but the ball I selected from the dozen delivered a 78 --second time that the Vice gave me a 78 this year. Nice way to go into winter withdrawal.   Site was easy to navigate. Items came very late although paid for rush shipping (likely covid related but should not charge customer if cannot get item in by stated time deadline even if delays stated. Was quite outside the time shown for estimated delivery. The balls were in the condition I would expect for 4A if not better on average so very pleased with that. Price is quite high to get internationally due to exchange and border rather than by company as is fair for country of origin. Would be happy to do more business however at this time due to the international shipping rates and exchange will be the only reasons why we would not be able to in the short term purchase more of the product :) I played with one of the AVX and absolutely loved it, quality high, thanks again :) Brian D - The Canadian Golf Company (CGC)
