  ordered balls but the order confirmation didn`t show the 10% first time order discount I phoned and they looked into and called and said they processed it right away and sent me a copy but when I rec`d my Visa bill it did not reflect it but I`m hoping it was due to the billing date schedule of Visa. Hoping to see the discount at that time! Other than that recieved the order on time and the quality as expected . Great product & service

  I ordered Callaway soft and thought I was purchasing 5 dozen balls. What I received was one dozen (12) refurbished balls and paid more than if I purchased new Callaway at a golf store or pro shop. Very misleading. Was told that I ordered balls with custom logos, but did not request logo balls, not did I receive custom balls. This was a joke.

  Already went through this with customer service.. i have a picture showing the only options were 4A and 5A no logo with a promotion for free customization on them. I went through the entire customization process and when they showed up they were just 5A with logos and no customization which is not what i ordered. They saw the error and all i got was 6$ off.

  Shorted on my order and had a VERY poor customer service response. They will not send the rest of my order as “they don’t ship 1 dozen balls”. Not my fault that I was shorted. 60th birthday present will now only have 48 balls. Will never buy from them again.

  Not good enough! I had ZERO information on why I was shorted, I had to contact you to get my refund (twice), and now you’re just going behind some baseless protocol not listed on your website. Shouldn’t protocol be to send the full order? Your site advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Absolutely mind blowing to see how this is being handled.
