  With all of the software sites out there, you always are wondering if a site is legit. I decided to go with GoSoftware since they were a Microsoft partner. And when I purchased the Microsoft Office suite, I was immediately directed to Microsoft's website with my software key, which gave me a lot of comfort. I was very pleased with my purchase!

  Buying my Microsoft Office software through Gosoftware was easy and quick. Purchase of the home use version of the Office software was especially attractive because just one payment and it's yours. No annual or additional fees required. Most bang for the buck!

  After waiting on the software to download for about 3 hours, I finally restarted my computer. Then I had to research how to find and finish the install. I will add that after restarting, the pricess was much faster. However, while trying to re-install it, I somehow subscribed to the Microsoft 365 family package...ugh..too many ways to purchase the software more than one time.

  My recent experience was great. It was so simple to find what I needed, make the purchase, and download the software. No issues. My only moment of confusion was when I received the confirmation of purchase email and was expecting a way to download my purchase immediately. But then I remembered from ordering software for download that you have to wait a while for the product key to be sent. I didn't have to wait long. I like that the link took me to Microsoft's webpage so it felt legit and I knew I was buying good product.

  I purchased Microsoft Office Professional because it was cheaper than other places. After installing the product, I was unable to activate it. I contacted Gosoftware and they tried to help but were also unable to activate. Eventually I had to use Microsoft support and after several attempts totaling more than 15 hours and reinstalling Windows 10, finally got the product to work. I am still not sure what the problem was, but next time I will purchase directly from Microsoft.

  I ORDERED MICROSOFT 2021. WHEN I WENT TO INSTALL IT THE ERROR MESSAGE CAME BACK THAT IT HAD ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED. I EMAILED THEM AND I GOT BACK WITH AN ANSWER TO INSTALL FROM THE ATTACHMENT. ON THE ATTACHMENT WERE MICROSOFT 2013, 2016 AND 2019. BUT NO 2021. I HAVE EMAILED BACK AND IT HAS BEEN TWO DAYS WITHOUT A RESPONSE.

  I found this site by searching for the best price for a Microsoft Office one-time download. The site was easy to use, and everything went very smoothly. I was especially appreciative of the free upgrade to Microsoft Office Pro for the sale price of Microsoft Office Home & Student. Since I am in Canada, I suspected, but only confirmed after looking further on your site, that the prices quoted were in US dollars. I would appreciate having that information more prominently noted on your site than it currently is. Given my experience with your site, I would certainly return to it for future purchases.
