  I was charged for a bustelo coffee and never received it..... Other than that, it was so fast, I gave it a 3 instead of a 1. Had I received it, or not been charged for it, a 5 all the way.

  Our order was received incomplete after 4 days and the contents of the package were a mess. Or ream of card stock was ripped open and the cardstock was loose in the box. also all of the name tags were out of the packaging and loose in the box. Not what we expected.

  I was in search of reasonably priced office supplies and I came across Gorilla Office Supplies and was very impressed with their pricing. I received my product within a day. I highly recommend them to anyone needing office supplies.

  I like shopping with gorilla office supplies. However, twice this year I tried to place an order and your system would not accept my credit card, even though it had in the past. I tried calling in, but the hours that I was ordering was not during your working hours. So, I went somewhere else.

  I ordered 150 notebooks and was told I'd receive them in four days. I received two incomplete boxes of 18, then a box of 50 a few days later. I contacted Gorilla by email with order number and no response. THREE WEEKS after I ordered the product, I contacted them again, waited two days and then they told me it had been shipped two weeks earlier and someone signed for two shipments so they had no idea what I was waiting for. . One day later, I received a large box with over 70 notebooks in it. THREE WEEKS and two emails later, I received my complete shipment. I desperately needed those notebooks a business week after I ordered, so waiting three weeks and then having no one respond to my initial email was frustrating. Someone finally responded and was nice, but too little too late.

  Very bad. I NEED TONER. I ordered toner on 8/24/18 and it is now 8/29/18 I still have not received the toner. I had such a good experience with my last order (quick delivery) I decided to order the toner rather than drive into town to buy some. Now I am stuck w/ piles of work I cannot print. =(
