  I bought 100 balls and 26 of them are not playable. These balls had significant scuff marks and many of them were yellowing. I contacted GBP and I was basically told to buy MINT next time. Sorry, there won’t be a next time….not just because of the quality of the balls, but the customer service.

  I ordered 5 dozen golf ball classified as mint. I was impressed at the quality when they arrived. Out of 60 balls only one had a sharpie mark. Also, shipping was super-fast. Definitely go back after I lose this 60 in the water.

  I’ve been buying Callaway Supersoft balls for about 2 1-2 years. The biggest compliment I can give Golfball Planet is that my golf partners ask ‘ how often I buy new balls because I never hit a marred ball!’! I just say, “pretty ball, pretty shot”!!

  I’m a 5 handicap and this was my first order of what will be many based off of the quality of the balls I received and the expedient shipping. I ordered 100 “mint” balls and they were in fact flawless. I placed my order the day after Christmas and they arrived in Texas from their shipping origin in Canada in four days. I would highly recommend them. Some balls do come with logos, but that in no way impacts the ball performance. Completely satisfied customer here.

  This company's POS system originates outside the US. So, there will be an ICBA FEE associated with your transaction and deducted from your bank account when making purchases in the US. IMHO it would be best if the company were to alert buyers to this fact, preferably in a very visible way, both in the shopping cart and during the entire checkout process.

  I ordered 3 dozen mint Titleist Pro V1 balls. 34 balls were excellent and in mint condition. 2 balls however were not satisfactory both cut or gouged. I reported this to customer service and they quickly notified me that they were sorry and credited me for the defective golf balls. Overall good job.Thanks.

  Over 25% of my order had player markings that seems a little high to me. I own and operate a Golf & Gift Shop just South of Bandon Dunes and I'm always looking to purchase (Mint Condition) balls. When 28 balls out of 100 do not make the grade my profit margin on used balls basically disappears before the order is even filled or shipped but Thanks Anyway !!!

  I purchased mint condition TP5X and Tour Response. The balls were in excellent condition (some had marker lines) but really looked brand new. The balls were comparable to new with half of the new price. I will buy again. Oh, and Shipping was free and fast (2 days).

  My experience with Golfball Planet has generally been very good. The quality of the balls as described is excellent! They have also been great communicators. My only comment for them to improve is a better inventory of what they have in stock. Both times I have purchased balls from them the website says they have them in stock and then several weeks after the purchase I will get a notice saying they don't have the required number of that specific ball in stock and it will likely take a couple more weeks to get them in. I usually order these in the winter so it's not a big deal to wait a few more weeks. However, it's a little frustrating to purchase thinking they will ship immediately. The website should note that they are waiting to get the balls in and it may take several weeks.
