  I ordered 3 dozen mint Titleist Pro V1 balls. 34 balls were excellent and in mint condition. 2 balls however were not satisfactory both cut or gouged. I reported this to customer service and they quickly notified me that they were sorry and credited me for the defective golf balls. Overall good job.Thanks.

  I’ve bought from many suppliers, and this one by far has been the best. Quick shipping, great quality’s (there will always be a few scuffed balls that are added in). I’m sure if I called they would swap them, but very minimal for quantity I bought. Other companies version of “5A mint” lead to over half of 5 dozen being sent back. Will purchase again.

  I am missing golf balls from my order and did not receive the full amount of balls that I paid for. I tried to contact Golf Ball Planet by email, phone, and have left a voicemail but have not received a reply. I am happy with the condition with the balls I did receive and the shipping was prompt. The shopping experience was easy and seamless. However, I am disappointed that I did not receive the full amount of balls that I paid for. I hope I will be contacted soon about receiving the rest of my order.

  My experience with Golfball Planet has generally been very good. The quality of the balls as described is excellent! They have also been great communicators. My only comment for them to improve is a better inventory of what they have in stock. Both times I have purchased balls from them the website says they have them in stock and then several weeks after the purchase I will get a notice saying they don't have the required number of that specific ball in stock and it will likely take a couple more weeks to get them in. I usually order these in the winter so it's not a big deal to wait a few more weeks. However, it's a little frustrating to purchase thinking they will ship immediately. The website should note that they are waiting to get the balls in and it may take several weeks.

  I purchased mint condition TP5X and Tour Response. The balls were in excellent condition (some had marker lines) but really looked brand new. The balls were comparable to new with half of the new price. I will buy again. Oh, and Shipping was free and fast (2 days).

  Pretty easy to work through. If you want to choose the mint balls you need to actually need to choose them. They actually have it preset to give you the Grade A balls. They do try to force you into spending more then you want. I actually like the choices and the balls seem to be as advertised. The shipping was pretty quick considering coming across the Canadian border. I would order from them again.

  I promptly received my order for 50 Titleist Pro V1 and the balls were pretty much as advertised. All were in excellent condition and most had logos or other markings, but nothing to effect playability. Great value at about $2 per ball!

  I purchased 50 mint Calloway SuprtSoft for just over $50.00 with shipping, tax and a 20% discount. The majority of these balls looked like they just came out of a box. The balance were either logo, slight sharpie marks or slightly less bright from being in the water. I use these in the off season and they can’t be beat at half the price of new. I believe they all play like new balls!

  The golf balls were shipped in an oversized FedEx box with NO bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or anything to fill the void. The box was crushed and the bag of balls was torn. A box 1/4 the size would have been sufficient.

  Top flite mint balls...was looking for new balls to practice with. Got a wide variety of Top flites and only had 1 that was just a touch off on the brightness. I would say that about 75 to 95 % were good enough to put in my bag. No scuffs or cuts. Enjoyed seeing all the custom company markings!!! I feel I got a great deal and will def. Buy alot more in the future!! The fastest shipping even going thru customs.
