I’m on my third pair of Clove shoes, I buy a new pair every year because I’m on my feet A LOT with my job at the hospital. Love how easy these are to clean and easy to slip on! I wear a size 7-7.5 depending on the shoe and I order size 7 with Clove.

The sole feels amazing inside and out. Nonslip to the max, and very comfy on the foot. I'm still breaking the shoes in because the neoprene uppers flex in places no other shoe does which has given me a rub-related sore spot but I assume that will go away.
The reason for 3 stars is the fastening elastic and plastic dealie (brad?). It doesn't stay where you put it. I like a nice tight shoe fit and the brad that secures the elastic just drifts until it's not holding any tension, just hanging out. The shoe is still comfortable but not as firm a fit on the upper as I like.

So I'm not in the Healthcare industry (I teach kindergarten, so also on my feet all day, walking backward, dealing with spills), but I thought this shoe would work for me too. Well, first, it made my narrow size 7 (street shoes) feet look Huge! Secondly, you should definitely order your sneaker size! I'm size 8 in Saucony, size 7 street shoes, and my toes were about to bust through in a size 7.5! So sadly, had to return.
Besides that, for function, it probably is great, just didn't care for the aesthetic.

I work in a current CoVID-19 ICU, 12 hour shifts with minimal breaks. One of the things I looked for was comfort for being on my feet all day and easy to clean. I think they’re still getting broken in but they look great! I’ll update my review after a month.
