I saw a fair split between people saying to size up or to wear your normal size. I usually wear 8.5 or 9 depending on the brand, so I went with a 9 from the comments. These shoes absolutely killed my feet the first four shifts I wore them. The first time was so bad I had to take my shoes off on break just to let my toes recover. After breaking them in however, they are very comfortable. The style is cute and I feel supported throughout the day. I can’t decide if I want a second pair or not because they’re stylish and supportive for a full day on the feet, but breaking them in was torture.

It’s a great shoe, and I love the fact that they’re water proof. With my field, there’s a high chance of stepping on fluids, and they’re so easy to clean. I opted for the men’s (same exact shoe just better for wide feet usually). Thank you so much clove!

These shoes are amazing, I need a 5.5 and although it’s out of stock I am willing to wait. Perfect for anything scrub techs/ OR nurses who definitely deal with blood or other fluids on a daily basis. For non wide feet I recommend going with half a size down. I’m usually a 6 with my first pair of cloves but these I definitely need 5.5
