  Everything arrived on time with all the pieces needed and everything went together fairly easy with minimal help, customer service was good, when I had a few questions to be answered they got right back to me with the answers I needed.

  Delivery was one day ahead of schedule but the truck driver was able to contact the crane service and adjust schedule to take the load off the truck.

  All promises were delivered on timely manner. Detailed questions were answered correctly. Paperwork received on schedule. Physical delivery was made only a day late with ample notice. Off loading all went well and safely done. Material count was made as accurate. However, a few detailed questions regarding building design applications were received as very vague and uncertain in content. Our application of design has therefore become Less than originally planned - but will still be satisfactory upon successful assembly. We are satisfied with product and remain optimistic of its future application.

  Excellent service. My only concern was I am a newbe and was not aware of base plates. Having said that Mark worked with me to make it possible. Unless you are doing you're own cement and know what you're doing the base plates are a must. Enjoy your new Future Steel Building. Mine will only go up in spring 2019 so sorry no pics yet.

  Easy to use website. Friendly fast service. My new building was delivered to me faster than I thought possible! They took the time to answer my questions and help me the whole way. Even when I had a question after delivery...Great company!
