Strengths: It used to be good, but it now has a new look when playing on the internet. The previous deal no longer shows, the value of your hand is missing, and if you press exit because the computer is not responding, then it decides that’s the end of that game and you will get a very low score. - Favorites game modes: Series tournaments and free Funbridge Points.

Strengths: I like the visual format and the point count feature. The system they use is acceptable because you can always get an explanation. I only use Fun Bridge for practice and playing with a friend. I wish I could invite a friend to play without having to pay or have them become members. I have started to deny all friend requests. - Favorites game modes: Series Tournaments and Challenge a player (Challenge Argine). I wish that Challenging Argine was a separate mode not included in the month end or other assessment of Challenges. Answer by funbridge.comFlagDear customer, We'd like to know more about the reasons why you are not satisfied with Funbridge. Rest assured that our team is doing its best to offer our customers the best possible experience. Best regards, Team Funbridge
Answer by A AFlagFor one thing the way you click on the cards is slow and easy to click on the wrong card after they finally appear. All the cards need to ready to click on and play, Also its very slow in between every play. And it is expensive.
Answer by funbridge.comFlagSome useful options are available in the app settings. For instance, you can enable an option allowing you to take a card back if you play the wrong one and decide to have tricks collected after x seconds. You will find more details on these options and how to edit your settings at https://www.funbridge.com/help-faq/touch/settings#view-faq. Regards, Team Funbridge

Answer by funbridge.comFlagDear customer, Funbridge is the No. 1 bridge application in the world. Capable of close-to-human behaviour, our robot has been developed by 2017 Vice World Bridge Champion Jérôme Rombaut and his team and has been hailed one of the best AI systems of the genre. We invite you and your students to check that your settings match your profiles. You can find more information about bidding and card play conventions on Funbridge at https://www.funbridge.com/help-faq/touch/playing-conventions#view-faq. Best regards, Team Funbridge
Answer by A AFlagIf you look a little deeper into my records you will see that I have been a customer of yours since 2015. I think that is long enough to come to a considered opinion. For what it is worth I have played over 28,000 deals. Ultimately this isn't bridge, it is a computer game where the winner will be the player that can best take advantage of the weaknesses of the algorithm of the software engine. I stand by my comments

Answer by funbridge.comFlagHello and thank you for your feedback. We apologize if the customer support didn't succeed to satisfy your needs. Don't hesitate to ask for a manager if you feel that the agent didn't understand your request. We wish you a good game. Regards
Answer by A AFlagIt's not that I dont think they did not understand my comment, it's just that somebody within your management team has not seen fit to correct an OBVIOUS error in your marketing material, as coming from a marketing background it's stupid. If I purchase 4 lots of 400 deals it's cheaper than buying a pack of 1500 deals. Reduce the price of the 1500 or increase the 400 cost.
