  Great service, especially most recently when I had to exchange an order. I do want to register a concern, and have before, that the product number when ordering online seems to be different every single time. I only wear my stocking on one leg at a time and it is a long period of time between orders. It would be much more convenient if the number on the box, such as, 843CMS035, were the order number online. It is very hard to distinguish between products otherwise; the most recent product I purchased was a little different than the one I prefer, but not enough to bother exchanging again. I have registered this complaint in the past, but nothing changes. Hope this helps.

  My order is usable, but the stockings are bigger in the foot than I need and they are a little too heavy. I should have ordered something more sheer. Will save them for a cold day. Delivery was quick and on time.

  Unfortunately my stockings were extremely tight even though I ordered the right size. My customer rep, Charmaine, confirmed this for me and explained that the Juzo Dynamic line was a stronger and thicker material and that maybe the Soft line would be easier for me to put on with my arthritic shoulder. She offered me an option to exchange the too-tight stockings for the next size larger and I accepted. She coordinated the exchange for me and sent me a mailing label. She was so helpful and made everything so easy for me to find the right stockings that fit me right. I'm extremely happy with the customer service at ForYourLegs.

  The order was for Jobst Relief Knee High 20-30mmHg, Open Toe -X-Large Beige and the box said that was what it was but it wasn't!! It was 20-30 and Beige but it was not XL, maybe M or L and was Petit not Standard. This was ordered for Robert but his wife Jane fit it better, so we kept the order! It even said XL on one of the socks!!

  I've been wearing the mediven single leg 40 to 50 compression stocking with waste attachment for years to control my lymphedema in one leg. They have been great to wear over my jobst stocking to provide extra compression replacing having to use wraps. I had ordered 2 about 6 months ago that were different though, and not in good way. The material around top of stocking and edge of foot/toes was not as tight fitting! Top leg band kept slipping down, and foot band would ride up foot. The two I got like that, did not have white tag that helps to identify inside vs. outside of stocking, which is helpful. Anyway, the last two I have ordered seem better and tags are on them. Hope Mediven is not changing them.

  Socks are good. However, I bought over $250 worth & the very next day ( actually just a few hours later after my purchase) the company had a 15% off. I sent an email asking to have what I paid adjusted . They refused. Most companies will adjust . NOT this one. And I have been a loyal customer for years. VERY disappointed.

  These knee-high, open-toe stockings are attractive and comfortable, but they are very hard to get on and off. I follow the instructions but they are still hard, and would probably discourage many people after one try. They are also too tall for me - I should have ordered petite. But they work fine and look nice and will probably loosen up after a few wearings.

  The site is easy to navigate with a range of compression classes, material thicknesses, materials ( cotton , polyester etc) and sizes and colors. Using the sizing guide I received stockings that fit perfectly and are exactly the right length. I find the postage quite expensive but this more than compensated for by the ease of ordering and the availability of a wide range to choose from.
