  Over the last 2 years I have purchased several compression hose. The mediven have very short feet and the dynaven also have very short feet, I can only wear them for an hour or so, they hurt my toes, and I wear a size 7 shoe. the feet are about 3 inches long.

  As with all compression stockings, they are difficult to put on because of the arthritis in my hands. Gloves help but it is getting my toes in to being with and getting the heel of the sock over mine.

  Site is easy to navigate, filters work well, and shipping is pretty fast. Some good discounts. My only problem is that some of the sheer stockings they sell, even the good brands like Sigvaris, get tears and runs easily, don’t seem to be a high quality as they used to be.

  I placed the order with a representative who was very professional and courteous. He even checked to ensure that the item I ordered was in stock. However when I received the email confirmation the wrong color of stockings was listed. I called again to confirm that black was ordered. The associate told me that navy was ordered. I told her that I had ordered black and navy was my previous order. She said she would have to check. I received messages the next day they had already shipped the navy. There were several back and forth messages and I was told I would have time return them when they arrived. This is totally unacceptable. I had confidence that the order was placed correctly but have no idea how it became how it could have gone wrong. I am an elderly woman and didn’t place my order online so there wouldn’t be this kind of of problem.

  Every once in a while I get a pair of Jobst compression hose that aren’t quite right. The stockings do not have the same give as others that I’ve purchased. I generally buy the thigh high 20-40 compression hose. With this purchase, one stocking slides down to right above the knee by the end of a few hours wear. Just a pity considering the cost of the product.

  Since I paid the entire amount when I ordered, I expected the hose would all arrive at the same appointed time. Is it fair that I only received a partial order when the remainder arrived at a much later date? I believe that I should be paying only the amount for the first delivery. Then pay the remainder when the remainder arrives. However, I was completely satisfied with the person who took my order. Very friendly and courteous.

  A total mess from being told I had to use my points or lose them to ordering a pair of socks, to returning them when they didn't use my points to charging me shipping and handling costs! What a mess! I loose on both ends!
