  Excellent silicone bead adhesion at the top of the stockings and long enough to accommodate long legs and sheer enough that they look great under dresses! Far far superior to other brands I have tried!!!! Long Skinny Legs with 4 Varicose vein operations! I have to wear these stockings for the rest of my life!!!!

  After 10 days of not receiving any correspondence about the status of my order, I finally reached out to customer service. They informed me that my order was on back order, but was expected to ship soon. I was very shocked that I had not gotten any emails letting me know about this, as I likely would have just changed my order to a comparable item to be able to receive it more quickly.. I don't plan to shop here again unfortunately.

  I've been ordering from 4-year legs for a very long time over 10 years. The stockings are a great price and work very well for me. I have varicose veins in without them. I'd be in a lot of pain everyday. They're easy to wash out each night and the elastic solution works well. I'm glad you're there for us because your price is lower than others who also sell the Jobst. You treat people fairly on the returns too! If you make a mistake or the company makes a mistake with the sewing, you honor that! You just send us another pair to replace those that were not right! I've dealt with One of your supervisors who was fantastic in helping me try a different length of stocking. As far as I'm concerned, your number one in the industry!

  My service was not unusual as far as mail order goes. There were no problems with the order. I received what I ordered. I do wish that they had better color choices in the style. Black or white is sort of take it or leave it. I am compelled to wear compression socks daily and it would be nice to have a bit of selection

  When recently ordering a pair of compression stockings, I inadvertently ordered two pairs of the stockings rather than one. I contacted customer service who immediately adjusted my order and issued me a credit for the extra set. I can't say enough about how responsive they were.

One tip: try turning them inside out and putting your foot in first—sometimes that makes it a bit easier.   I use this website occasionally. When I order a particular stocking I never know if it is in stock or not. I have waited up to 2 months to get an order when they are not in stock and my credit card has beeen debited. This time I order several pairs, 2 colors I got immdiately and I am still waiting for the color I most want. I guess it will get here eventually.

  One of the thighs on the stockings was about an inch longer, but both stockings kept falling down. Supposed to be a tight fit on the thighs. Should have measured them both before I put them on.

  It was easy to use the site. The order came intact but the boxes were badly crushed - which has happened before. It would be nice if orders arrived more quickly. I have ordered Mediven Soft and Sheer 20-30 support stockings for decades and have been impressed with their appearance, compression, and durability. In the last year or so, I have had several pair puncture in the area of the thigh where the leg meets the panty portion. I have changed nothing in the way that I care for or put on the stockings, so I have to wonder if the manufacturer has changed or if the quality of the materials going into the manufacturing has changed. I seal below the breaks and continue to use them, but for the price I would expect the better quality of the past.
