  I only received a partial order but there was no explanation why the order was partial until I send an email asking why. In the response it was explained the order was being dropped shipped from Jobst. I just recently received an update that I can expect delivery on 12/13. I think I should have received an explanation of why I received a partial order when that partia orderl shipped. I should have not needed I inquire why it was a partial order.

  Buying from them is always easy. Easy to find what I want, the style and size and so on. I had to return something because it was not open toe. They emailed a label, I sent it back and the day after I put it in the mail , they sent me the new one! Excellent service.

  I bought three pairs, the same size knee-highs, all 30-40 mmHg (1 Jobst Relief , 1 Medi Comfort, 1 Medi Duomed Advantage). I usually only buy the Medi Comfort, but thought I would try a couple of less expensive options. Surprisingly, the Duomed Advantage (which was the much cheaper version of the Medi Comfort) was the best choice, and practically identical, if not better, than the Medi Comfort. So far (after one use), they are the only pair that seem to have decent grip and don't slide. The Jobst came in a smashed and slightly torn box, and unlike the Medi stockings, they did NOT come sealed in plastic, which I felt was cringy and unacceptable given they were a $45 pair of socks. They appeared washed so I assumed they sent me a used pair. Since they accept returns and merely require they be laundered, I went ahead and washed them, then tried them. After one use, I concluded that they are either the cheaper quality, used, and/or ran bigger than Medi. Unfortunately, I couldn't send these back because my child colored on the box. In any case, I would never buy the Jobst brand again. I probably won't buy from this company again for a couple of reasons. I don't like buying new socks that are not pristine (sealed in a plastic package and clearly unused) because I don't want someone's athlete's foot, germs, warts, fungus, ringworm, illness, etc., anywhere near me. These are medical grade stockings and SHOULD come sealed and NOT be returnable, and if ForYourLegs wants to resell returned/used socks, they should market them as such. Also, I bought a few to get the free DLS ground shipping and thought that would result in doorstep delivery. To my surprise, the DLS free shipping option meant that I would receive my socks via USPS (which goes to a community box that I cannot monitor), something else so many of us have to avoid these days (because our mailguy steals). I really didn't want to give you this review, but you sent me like 5 emails requesting it so there you go!

  I have a problem w/very short legs----Consequently, no stocking is short enough for me. When they are too long, it is too tight and my legs are in pain. Also, fluid does not move and legs swell. Don't think I can afford custom made. Primary Lymphedema.

  I've used your product for some time, probably 5-10 years. I have retired with in the past 2 years. I wore the core-spun 15-20 compression knee hi socks. Lately I have become disappointed in the quality of the socks. They no longer last as long as before. Sometimes there is a hole worn in the heel of the sock with in a 2-3 month period of time. I have occasionally found a run in the upper part of the stocking as well on a nearly brand new sock. I'm not sure why but the quality has not been up to your previous standards. Not sure what can be done about this, but wanted to let you become aware of the issues I have had within the past year or so.

  The website could be better, especially concerning color selection. It’s sometimes difficult to tell what color name matches which picture. And the picture of the color may not match the actual product once you get it. If I can get through to speak to a person, they are always very patient and helpful, but often they aren’t available. In that case, their system says someone will call me back, but that doesn’t always happen. It takes persistence to order compression stockings!

  I have ordered compression stockings from this company several times in the past. I have always received my order in a timely fashion, no delays or problems. I really like the stockings and the tops with the grip works well, no sagging at all. The stockings are expensive but once in a while I can get them on sale which is nice. I will continue to order them from the For Your Legs Company. I am very satisfied with the quality and how well they last and keep their compression. Between using a pump for my lymphedema in my legs and the compression stockings I am able to control the lymphedema quite well.

  Compression stockings make a difference for my legs and these are top of the line. The open toe version is my preference but the toe opening on this stocking doesn't fit my toes well...they get uncomfortably compressed along the opening band.   I like For Your Legs. My only complaint is the color sample of women's stockings is not matched with the name of the color. If FYL could identify by name each stocking color that would be great.
