  The navigation of is good, the order arrived on time, however the jobst thigh high 20-30 support stockings will not stay up. I have ordered them in the past and even the pairs I have had for 3 years still stay up. The order I received this December do not. I contacted them asking for either a replacement or a refund and have not heard from them.

  Only half my order arrived on time. There was no communication about the missing half. I had to take time to contact the company to find out what was the problem. That should not have fallen to me; ForYourLegs should have reached out to update me rather than being silent and uncommunicative.   I’ve been purchasing compression knee highs from this company for close to 20 years. Great prices and great service. However, for about the past two years, when I receive my order, it’s in a soft envelope and all of my boxes are mashed and torn. I’ve spoken with several customer service agents about this but nothing changes. I’m thankful I never have to send any of the knee highs back because the boxes are in such bad shape.

  The Quality is very good. Soft to the skin, and a great color of tan. The petite was the perfect length for my 5’3” frame. They are EXTREMELY TIGHT on the legs. They formed a very deep ring (indent ) into my skin, about 3 Inches above the ankle. I would Personally order a size bigger if I ordered it again, However I think I’ll return it for the Juzo brand. I DO have some Sigvaris compression hose in the thigh high and really like those. They form a little ring around the ankle too.but not nearly as deep. My guess is the compression level in the ankle works REALLY well in this brand. If you have more ankle swelling than leg swelling these would probably be good for you. I have more leg swelling than ankle swelling. So these just aren’t the right pair for me in the calf high. I’d still size up if I were you and ordering them Again. The other bands I ordered still Formed the ring, but not nearly as deep as this brand and they just weren’t near as tight in general. As much as they didn’t work for me, I’m sure they are perfect for others. I have no complaints about the quality.
