  Candace is a marvel! She figured out, by going out to the warehouse, that the word "petit" on my Jobst stockings didn't mean that they were shorter than the standard; so there was no need for me to return them and order something else. She is so personable and truly engaged in problem solving. The company is very fortunate to have her. Plus, her phone manner is absolutely gold standard!

  When the socks I had gotten in the past were now made smaller, and wouldn't go over my calf, I didn't know what to do. It was the biggest ones this company made. I called and Candice not only helped me with the return but gave me other options. Now I have different socks that fit and they were even cheaper. Win, win, thank you Candice

  Shopping on the website is straightforward, especially after the second or third time when you're familiar with it. The website is also fairly straightforward for returns; lots of steps and lots of structure, but it seemed to work well after I got through it for the first time. Many different brands, sizes, compression levels, and colors of socks are available on the website. The quality of the products is good. They are well-packaged and identified with appropriate marking. And prices are competitive. I have recommended For Your Legs to others and will continue to do so if I am asked.

  The ForYourLegs site is easy to use and delivery was very prompt. I had never ordered Duomed socks before...I've ordered Jobst many times from ForYourLegs. Duomed socks are ok , but I prefer the Jobst socks better. The Duomed socks aren't quite as long as the Jobst. It's just a personal preference, I guess.

  We appreciate being able to order the Truform socks. They are a difficult brand to find and the best for my husband's legs. They are never on sale and during the last year always seem to take longer to ship - I hope this doesn't mean they will be harder to order in the future.

  I’m 100% happy with the products, service, delivery, and customer service. I use to buy my stockings at a local business. Then I had to wait for them to order them. It took over a full week to get them. I had an issue with a size I was told would fit me. When I asked for the size I wore for years, I was told I didn’t need that.   There was nothing wrong with the order. The trouble I have is with the stockings they keep slipping down from the waist the waist is so high it goes up to my chest. I’ve been wearing your stockings for years, yet these comfort ones that I received a couple of weeks ago have disappointed me.

  The last order is perfect. The first order I had to return was the result.of poor advice. I had to return it. I called to get something closer to what I have ordered for many years, (Mediven Sheer) just less fragile. The lady who helped me found the perfect solution! I ordered two pairs of Mediven Comfort, and it is the perfect solution. I have worn Mediven Sheer for many many years, but they were fragile, and since I now wear mostly pants, I can wear something less elegant, but with the same length and same quality which is Mediven Comfort. They are a little more difficult to get pass the heal than the Mediven Sheer, but it is doable. I am now a satisfied customer!

  The two pair I got this time are 2" shorter than any of the orders I have had in the past, from bottom of heal to the bend behind the knee. You never did this before. I have always ordered using the size of my last stockings. This time it did not work out. Check back to all the Stockings I have ordered in the past, and they would be correct. It is a hassel to send them back, so I will keep them.

  Very helpful sales consultant helped me in selecting the correct size to order with these 2 companies as I have not used those brands previously. I am looking for a brand that meets my needs and has a lighter shade of beige with silicone dots on top.As it turned out, I did not like either of these products and exchanged them for two other brand products. Again, the sales consultant was very helpful in guiding through that process of exchanging items.

  I have been a FYL for many years with satisfaction. Also I have worn Sigvaris for years. Sigvaris has changed things over the years. The little complaint I have now is the tag inside the top band. This is where I write the date of purchase. The tag often comes wrinkled now. Do you know how hard it is to write on that little bitty tag and then to read it afterwards. I use the tag to match the pairs back up after washing. These tags indicate when time to replace a pair.

  I am very satisfied with my compression stockings. My ankles have a tendency to swell when sitting or standing for long periods which also affect the veins around my ankle and the stockings help. I am also more confident when wearing them when I have to fly. I use the sheer, they are stylish and even my doctor was impressed and asked where I purchased them.
