  When trying to find my stockings, Women's, knee high, closed toe, banded top, petite, and my size, only the men's items showed. I had to phone in and I did mention the problem to the representative.. The representative was nice as usual. I have never been able to order from the website.

  Had trouble finding the item I wanted. There were so many to choose from. After finding the correct size and silicone cuff I put it in my cart and realized I wanted 2 pair not 1. When I tried to put in 2 I erased it all and had to start over. I am very satisfied with the socks and will order from you again. Had ordered the wrong ones at first and you made it easy to send them back.

  The navigation of is good, the order arrived on time, however the jobst thigh high 20-30 support stockings will not stay up. I have ordered them in the past and even the pairs I have had for 3 years still stay up. The order I received this December do not. I contacted them asking for either a replacement or a refund and have not heard from them.

  Only half my order arrived on time. There was no communication about the missing half. I had to take time to contact the company to find out what was the problem. That should not have fallen to me; ForYourLegs should have reached out to update me rather than being silent and uncommunicative.   I’ve been purchasing compression knee highs from this company for close to 20 years. Great prices and great service. However, for about the past two years, when I receive my order, it’s in a soft envelope and all of my boxes are mashed and torn. I’ve spoken with several customer service agents about this but nothing changes. I’m thankful I never have to send any of the knee highs back because the boxes are in such bad shape.
