  I ordered over the phone. I DON’T shop online. The new Mediven are very hard to get on despite their being the same size as my old ones. The Juzco are more flexible. Wish they came in more colors.

  I order a pair of compression pantyhose and for some unexpected reason they got broken at the second use. I contacted customer service and they were very kind to send me a new pair. They also provided me with a free return postal label to send then the defective pair I received. The service is great and very fast

  I ordered Juzo products that had gone on sale ( buy 2 get 1 free)which is rare for Juzo. Everything fit perfectly and came quickly. I ordered a pair of thigh highs for when I need to wear a dress. I had never had a pair of Juzo thigh highs. They also fit perfectly and because of the silicone band they will stay in place. I've ordered several thigh highs from other brands(not Juzo), but none fit even after measuring and using fit guides. Juzo fits so well because they have a petite size in length that fits people with very short legs like mine. I appreciate foryourlegs for the special offer and quick service. Thank you

  I have ordered my compression stockings from For Your Legs for years with no ordering issues until the last order. One of the packages contained a pair of stockings with an open toe. I always have closed toe. The box referenced closed toe, so I assumed the mistake took place at the manufacturer's factory. I called customer service and the situation was immediately corrected. I was issued a return label for the incorrect stockings and within a week the replacement pair arrived. Very professional and satisfactory resolution. Thank you.

  The service has always been exceptional and fast. Their thigh high medi forte stockings are perfect for me. I've been wearing them for almost 17 years..this Fall I made a boo boo. I ordered the Plus instead of the Forte by mistake. Compression is still good, nothing really wrong with the product, I just don't like the feel and look of the Plus . But I'm stuck with them for a year since I only have to wear them on one leg. Can't afford two spend that kind of money twice . My problem.

  I ended up with a lovely lady who helped me with the order after horrendous exchange with an off shore person who had no idea with I was looking for. My item was delayed by 10 days as it was out of stock but I was not informed of the delay. I found the product did not meet my needs and have returned it.   When I received my order, I realized that I had ordered the wrong size and so I asked if I could return the stockings and (within a week or so) receive a larger pair. FYL gave me the necessary instructions, along with a pre-paid label to be attached to the package I'd be taking to the Post Office.
