  As usual I had an excellent experience ordering compression hose. I've tried Sigvaris and Jobst, but for me Mediven is the best and foryourlegs has just what I need. Shipping was very quick.

  The support hose did not fit over my legs even though the were marked with the same ID as others I have worn for years. I contacted your rep and told them about the problem I have with the hose and they were going to send me a replacement but that has not sent. Really disappointed with your service that I have been using for years.

  Navigation of the site was easy. I had some problem understanding the color name for Venacouture Bayadere Bold. It is a stripe pattern of many colors, but the color was Mystic Pink with no mention of stripe. I hoped I had ordered the right item. I did. My order arrived as promised because of a tracking number. I also received a text telling me it was delivered. This was a pleasant convenience. If you know the brand of the stocking you like, this site has a list of brands they carry, so you can go to the list or type the name in the search box. You can also be notified when it is on sale. I order all my compression socks from this company.

  Excellent service. However the Mediven stockings were not the same as I’ve been wearing for the last 20 years. The silicone band was only about a third of what it was and the stockings won’t stay up and have a tendency to roll up. I will not be buying anymore Mediven products.

  Product is good and have no issues there. My issue is the expedited delivery..instead of “arriving by” a certain date, it should be shipping by. I’ve paid twice for expedited delivery and both orders shipped, not delivered, on the stated delivery date. Delivery date and shipping date should be better clarified.   I have always had excellent service from site. But I will not be buying anymore products from Mediven. The stockings are not made as good as what I’ve been buying for 20 years. The silicone band at top is so small now that it won’t hold stocking up. Stockings slide down and roll up.

  I chose this rating because there is never a discount on your support knee high in particular. I am always paying full price. It would be nice to get a discount maybe once during the year.   Even though I gave the home address that FedEx and UPS deliver to, the courier (DHL?) couldn't find our address and the package was returned to the company. I contacted customer service (who was quite reponsive), telling him that FedEx and UPS could deliver to my home address as I had given it. Instead of checking with me, the company then sent my package via USPS, which doesn't do home delivery and only delivers to my PO Box. Had customer service asked, I would have give them my PO Box number. So once again, the package was returned. I, again, talked to customer service, explaining that home delivery could be done via UPS/FedEx and USPS to my PO Box. At that point, the company decided to give up and refunded my money. So after a month+ of back and forth, I never received the product, but can only discuss the failed delivery process. Quite frustrating at the end.

  The sheer knee highs I ordered were neither sheer or light in color. They are a thicker weave and darker color than the pair I previously received. A total disappointment! Where do I go for a sheer pair that I desperately need? Even the regular beige knee highs are a darker beige. Again, totally disappointed!

  After multiple pairs of zip-up and cheaper pull-up compression socks one of my legs ballooned and I was unable to get control. One day in the new Jobst socks and the leg looks normal again. The edema in my foot is reduced but not gone. I'm hopeful enough that I ordered three additional pairs.

  I bought these for my mom because her legs and ankles kept swelling up. I had to get some of the roll on glue to help from sliding down. She had skinny thighs.She really likes them now.

  Medi makes excellent compression socks, I've worn them for years. However, I was disappointed to discover that one pair that I order had damage to one of the socks that wasn't visible until I opened the package. At that point I felt like I had little recourse to get a replacement.

  I ordered 4 pairs of Jobst support knee highs in the Spring. I received one pair but was informed the other color was out of stock and would be shipped when available. After several weeks, I notified them of never receiving the remainder of the order. They immediately sent the remainder of my order . Everyone I communicated with was very helpful and apolagetic. I was told they had been delivered to my address but I never received them.
