  The armrest on my 2016 Ford Expedition EL was coming apart, so I went to the dealership where I had purchased it. They said that I would have to order the entire door panel, as Ford no longer sold the armrest separately. The total for the door panel installation was over $800! I went to a competing dealership (Helfman Ford), and they gave me the straight scoop - I could get the armrest through them for a little over $200 and they would install for approximately $70. They also let me know I could buy online, so I found this website and purchased the authentic Ford armrest for about $180, and Helfman Ford installed it for $37.50! It pays to do your own research!

  I was looking for a trunk seal and this place was a lot cheaper than anywhere else. I had never heard of them and was honestly skeptical. I don't like ordering from new sites. But I did.   They had what I needed. I was able to replace my seatbelt buckle because they had mine in stock. Another site I found couldn't ship it for some odd reason. Anyhow, this company had it and now my seatbelt works right again.

  The only hard part is actually a great security measure. They needed me to confirm my billing address since it was different than the shipping location, but due to my job I was away from technology for week and they canceled my order the first round. Otherwise shipping was smooth and the part fits well. This is saying a lot because ford is unique in parts for no reason.

  My experience for being the first time buyer was very good, the part shipped quickly and I received it earlier than expected, for this reason I say that my experience with this website was very good. When it comes to contact the company and speak with Tech Support, it was and still is difficult, I've tried to contact them several times and tried different options with no luck, one can only communicate with them via email, in my case I needed to speak with someone, didn't have time to wait for an answer via email. It is my opinion that buying parts at this website (if you don't have any questions) is easy and they ship quickly, when it comes to their technical support they need to have a live person to answer questions, why list a phone number if there isn't anyone to pick up the phone? That's my opinion.

  I recently purchased a Ford edge, the truck is used and in need of few new parts. The first part that I'm replacing is the transmission torque mount, I can feel the vibration when accelerating to gain speed.
