  I first became aware of this website about 20 years ago when I did not have the income to purchase late model vehicles. The older ones I did purchase needed parts replaced to get everything working again. My go to parts store was this website because of their great inventory, authentic Ford merchandise, low prices and great customer service. Even though the quality of my vehicles has greatly improved, if I need something for an upgrade or replacement, I still go to this website.

  Purchased replacement rear hatch lift door electric latch actuator for 2010 Mercury Mariner. I fixed it for a lady I know. All is working great. I avoided buying a cheap Amazon replacement. Buy once, cry once is always my advice.

  Over all great, the shipping ended up being higher than on the order. It was priced at 45 bucks, then I received an email. That it was going to be more as the box was oversized and I could cancel. When the box arrived, its over 9 feet long. In the end I still paid less than the dealer quote for the same part. I'm sure the shipping online is figured by weight, not volume. The OEM running board was 29 lbs and the 45 bucks was biased on that. Some people my not understand that, I do.

  Their website lets you insert you VIN which is so cool! So many resellers don't do this to ensure exact fit! I have to rate them GR8! Still I paid $100 for a piece of plastic. Which ain't too cool!! This is the world we live in though. I got to give them a thumbs up and an Aﯯ!!
