  I must admit I was worried the item would not arrive in time as I was not aware it was being shipped from Australia until I received the notification that it had been shipped with an arrival date scheduled for the evening of my 25th Anniversary. I was so shocked when it arrived in fact, 2 days earlier than expected. Total shipping time was only 9 days from Australia to British Columbia. Thank you for making my 25th anniversary memorable.

  Really disappointed with this company. Completely ignored my e mails after I tried to cancel my order. I contacted them two hours after I realised I had ordered the wrong item. They contacted me three days later saying it was to late to cancel as it had already been sent. The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

  Rose is beautiful but it has a dent in one of the petals. The one on the Eternity Rose website is a lot nicer looking than the one I received. I wish the quality was equivalent to what is displayed on the website.

  I purchased an eternity rose for my silver anniversary..it was received in a week from time of order..from Australia to Canada in the middle of this flipping pandemic. Remarkable shipping! It was indicated that I would receive shipping/tracking info once the item was moving; I instigated a casual request querying when it would ship about a week after placing order..the response was immediate and courteous; providing extended tracking info from DHL and an expectation it would be delivered the following day. The item actually showed up the same day as my e-mail query. Again, that is remarkable speed; it takes longer to get a shipment from a US state that borders my province! Anyway, the service was excellent, the site easy to navigate and the product an excellent value

  The only negative was that I did not get a tracking email from the courier (and I checked my junk mail folder) but on contacting Eternity Rose I was very quickly supplied with this information. .

  I found the Eternity Rose site easy to navigate. Their customer service responded to one query I had re delivery the next day. I ordered this product on June 24th late in the day and received it on July 2nd! Excellent service considering it came from Australia.

  Excellent product and comprehensive website. The only criticism I have is being unaware that the rose ships from Australia. This is fantastic to provide a sense of "exotic", however it impacts what I thought the delivery time would be. Otherwise, my wife and I LOVE this rose. It is beautiful and elegant and exceeded expectations.
