  The Eternity Rose site is quite easy to navigate, my questions were responded to by a representative of customer service very promptly and the delivery service was amazing - product was to my front door, 1/2 way around the world in 1/2 the originally forecasted time.

  I live in Canada and I know that these are made in Australia so I wasn’t expecting it be delivered so fast, I mean within a week of ordering it. So amazing delivery speed. As for the product itself I read the site completely before ordering and was impressed by what I read so as you can imagine my expectations were high and after I inspected it after delivery I was not let down. The detail of the rose is amazingly preserved in silver and very nicely displayed in the pu leather case. Very happy with this product.

  Very bad services. It took the customer service 7 days to even respond back to 3-4 emails requesting tracking number. Then the parcel was stuck in DHL India customs and requested further information from the company but when i contacted they said they never received any communication from DHL India. I placed the order on 7th, birthday was on 16th, and customer care sends me an email on 19th saying they cannot ship to India, the system should not have allowed this transaction. It took the customer care people 12 days to notice it’s going to India. Absolutely frustrating, irritating and sad. On 19th I’m told they will refund $20 and ship it to Canada to me. This is how much they value someone’s emotions that they talk about on their home page. I requested full refund, no acknowledgment yet. You guys ruined someone’s birthday. Never order anything and will never suggest anyone to order from this page!!

  I like the rose I received but it cannot fit the the vase that came with it. I tried to ask for a replacement but I need to pay for the shipping myself. If i wanted to have a exchange or refund, I would totally pay for it but this is their QA system having a problem, I don't really want to pay for that. So I used the shipping money to fix the vase myself

  I ordered the gold dipped rose for my wife on our anniversary. It arrived very well packaged. Once unwrapped the rouse was in a wonderful leather case. The Rose it self is exquisite, and looked ever better in person than in the pictures. Shipping was great, and the package arrived on time as promised.   Ordered a necklace for my wife overseas for her birthday. She received the wrong item, earrings. Contacted customer service to explain that due to extenuitaing circumstances, my wife could not physically go to the post office to mail it back. I asked if eternity rose could take responsibility for their mistake and send us the correct item or at least offer some kind of refund as my wife does not wear earrings and she could not return them. Was told it is what it is. Was also told that your warehouse makes these mistakes all the time and that I should act like other customers and return the item. It’s quite unfortunate that even for small items, your customer service is refusing to deal with the situation properly. You lost a customer and an advocate of your product for a mistake you refused to take responsibility for. I hope you learn from this and don’t lose more customers.

  I only give them 4 rather than 5 stars, because they were out of stock when I wanted to purchase the complete Rose/Vase & matching Pendant/Earring set. Instead, I had to order them separately, and pay a little more. One would think that Valentine's is one of their busier times, and that they should have been prepared. Having said that, everything arrived (a few day after they said it would), and my wife absolutely loved, and was overjoyed with the entire collection. Well worth the slight delay in delivery, but given the fact that it was shipped from Australia, I have no issues at all. keep in mind when ordering to give yourself some leeway in the delivery process.

  It could be different on a PC but on my phone the site was very hard to navigate as it kept putting back up to the top when I would scroll down. But other than having trouble clicking on things, the site made it pretty easy to get to anything on their site so all in all, not bad. Could be improved tho.

  Almost everything promised by the website was fulfilled. I ordered on a Friday afternoon (Eastern time zone in Canada) from the EternityRose.ca website. That would have been early Saturday morning in Sydney, so the order would have been filled next business day which would have been Monday. Even though the order is fulfilled from their location in Australia, I received the package about noon on the following Wednesday. That's only two business days from the time of ordering. There was no extra cost for shipping, duties or taxes. The package arrived without any damage, even though it was labelled "Fragile". (Sorry, I just had to add that facetious remark. My brother-in-law had a part time job with the post office many decades ago, and he tells me that items marked fragile were treated no differently from any other, unless it was to treat them a bit more harshly. Things at the post office may have changed by then, but this was not delivered by the post office -- it was delivered by DHL.) The only thing that was not done as promised was that I did not receive notification that the order was shipped. However, this oversight is attributed to the courier, not Eternity Rose, hence the 5-star rating. By the way, I hardly ever give 5-star ratings. I contacted, via e-mail, Eternity Rose's customer service and within a day (consider the 12 hour time difference), they had responded with confirmation that the order had shipped and provided a tracking number. Subsequent communication with their service people (Louise Vasquez is fantastic) was always answered promptly.

  At first I wasn’t to sure about eternityrose being a legit site to buy a high quality dipped flower From. But after receiving my order I was really impressed and my lady was extremely happy with her gift. I am also surprised that for the first time a company shipped my order as soon as possible and it arrived before the expected delivery date. I shall be buying more roses from eternityrose in the future.
