  As many times before, I received my order very quickly and in good condition. Given that the website contains considerably more goods than the store in Paris, I feel well served by what's available: a very good mix of craft-based items, gifts and inspirations. I can only recommend the store and the website to anyone interested in high-quality, hand-made items.

  the team were very helpful in assisting with my online purchase - allowing me (a tourist in paris) to have the item delivered to the store for pick-up. they were very responsive to my queries and went out of their way to assist. i would highly recommend them for both the customer service and the range of products.

  The site was easy to use and the necklace purchased is lovely and very comfortable to wear. There was a delay in delivery as a result of a manufacturing problem but the item arrived within the "new" timescale. The packaging was good and communication with the seller was fine once I'd worked out how to read/send messages via my account on the web site.
