I have been low carb for ages - these cookies are my favorite by FAR. They are easy to make, taste incredible, even my friends who aren't doing low carb or keto ask for them and love them. I enjoy putting just a dash of sea salt on top before baking, gives it a nice added touch. Can't find them in my area anymore sadly (Raleigh NC) but if you see them near you grab them!
