Very delicious. Tastes just like an almond cookie.

My husband and I are on thd Keto Diet and I was craving a frozen treat on this hot summer day. At first I looked at a different brand of low-carb ice cream bar, but it was 7g Net Carbs (and I'm aiming for 5 or fewer per meal)... miraculously, I noticed a lone container of Enlightened Red Velvet Ice Cream was sitting near this other product as I put it back on the shelf. I am so glad I decided to try Enlightened! After dinner... I noticed the container said Enlightened is best when soft (love the cheeky brand voice!) so, I left it on the counter while preparing a quick chocolate shell out of coconut oil, cocoa powder, and stevia. (I needed to add some fat and liked the idea of adding chocolate flavor and texture.) The ice cream was wonderful on its own, but the chocolate shell made it an extra special Keto treat! My husband and I kept looking at each other incredulously: We can have this?! Yes, yes we can, and I want more. Movie Night looks amazing...

It was delicious but, I didn’t sleep all night. How much caffeine is in this product?

As a diabetic, I avoid ice cream, but not this one, You need to let it soften, but it's worth the wait. Delicious!

This ice cream is a great alternative to traditional high fat high sugar ice cream which makes me feel bloated. I love all the unique flavors and have not had one I disliked. The chocolate peanut butter is smooth and creamy and I love the mint chip, can't wait to try the cold brew coffee! I feel as though it is a healthy low calorie treat that truly satisfies my sweet tooth without compromising texture and flavor.

I never knew I liked pecans till I tried this, finished the whole pint! So unbelievably good! Creamy, not too sweet, crunchy, I really enjoyed it. A bit pricey tho. Next time it's on sale I'll buy a bunch!

As a diabetic, it's been impossible for me to find ice cream that didn't spike my blood sugar. The other "low carb" brands are loaded with maltitol, which is not really low carb - plus the gut side effects - ugh! When I tasted your chocolate peanutbutter, the flavor was great but I figured it was too good to be true. When I took my blood sugar later and it was stable, I was so happy I nearly cried. Thank you for your delicious product that allows me to enjoy my favorite food again without ruining my health. You have made my day, my week, and my year.

Wanted to try a new brand of ice cream, was blown away by the flavor of the bananas foster. Heading to the store tomorrow to try a few other flavors. This one is a keeper!

I just brought this one yesterday.I must say it's de-lish!! I loved the taste of the almond .. It was nice and creamy!! I'm fact I brought the mint one today..can't wait to taste that one too!!
