  Still waiting for my last order to be completed. Called in mid February and was told one of the items was backordered and would ship the first week of March. Have yet to receive or be updated on a new shipping time. A previous order took more than three months to receive in full and was only completed after multiple calls to check on the status. I understand backorders but better communication would be helpful.

  We have appreciated working with this company over the past year, but our recent order left us disappointed. We placed an order for replacement ink, it took at least 3 weeks to even process the order and when we reached out about it were told we would be provided a tracking number, but never were. We are a Smalll business and rely on accurate turnaround times.

  I love the printer, its amazing. It was great to get the free labels as well. Also it said that after you filled out a review you would receive another bundle of free labels. I left that amazing review and got no info about the free labels. I contacted the survey company as well as duralabel multiple times by email and still never received my free labels or any other info. Im very disappointed because those free labels were one of the reasons why i chose to buy from duralabel. I thought it was an amazing selling point, but dont count on getting that 2nd set of labels after you leave your review or getting contact of any kind about it from the company. Im still very disappointed.

  Our other labels do not have an edge so they are very difficult to separate from the backing. For efficiency, we prefer crack and peel backing or labels with an edge like these for ease of peeling the backing off.

  Since the labels started being packaged 850/cs instead of 1000/cs the labels arrive damaged due to poor packaging. The box is too large!! I would rather pay more and go back to the 1000/cs. At least then the boxes were designed to fit the label amount and didn't get damaged during shipping. As soon as I can find another company to buy these labels from, I will be switching. Dura Fast has lost 90% of my business because of the quality. Dura Fast seemed to have lost their concern for quality, and to make it worse, the prices keep going up.
