I have really BIG bags under my eyes. I had just felt that nothing would ever improve, but I would try this out anyway. My first application didn't do much at all and I just felt that nothing would ever be helpful. BUT, I read some of the tips from others that said it was all about application. It is !! The directions say to warm between fingers and apply which basically results in no product to apply. What I did was to run my fingers under HOT water, dry them then apply a more generous amount ( but not crazy amount, maybe a pea size) The cream still reduced the amount to almost nothing, but I pressed firmly up and down right on the area and outwards repeating about 8 times It still looked liked almost nothing was being applied but after applying it day and night for about a week now. IT IS ACTUALLY WORKING!! I AM AMAZED!!

I am on my second tube of No More Baggage. I use it everyday whether I wear makeup or not. The under-eye bags disappear like magic right before your eyes. It truly is amazing. If I could give this product more than 5 stars, I would gladly!
