It does feel and it moisturizes but I don't think it plumps my lips much. I wasn't expecting to have huge lips but it's pretty mild for a lip plumper.

Cleanses and exfoliates better than any other than any product I've tried. Never leaves faces oily, never had a breakout after using does not strip face of natural oils. It's the best out there.
