I have been using this product for years. I have very large undereye bags and this helps tighten and shrink them. Many users mistake this for a nightly undereye cream and that is not the case. It is an instant fix product. I took one star off since it can be very difficult to apply, even for myself as a long time user. Using this has definitely helped my self esteem. Applied properly and carefully it does work! In the photo you can see one undereye with product and one without.
