I had heard about this product but had my doubts. I had tried other products claiming to depuff the under eye area with caffeine and noticed zero results. So I tried this and was so pleased! Now you have to follow the directions: you put just a little bit on your fingertip, and you rub it against another fingertip until it becomes smooth layer (not a glob) and then you pat it under your eye, don’t swipe it. Don’t put it on too thick! If you follow the directions, though, you will notice not only a significant de puffing, but it also provides a little color for that area. Sometimes I just slap a tinted moisturizer over it and go, rather than applying a separate under eye cover-up.
I’m being offered as a small discount for writing this review, but honestly, I would’ve written it anyway. I have already ordered my second (non-discounted) tube.

I received a sample of the NeedlesNo More Baggage Eye Cream and it was great. The first time I put it on the bags under my eyes were gone! It is wonderful, I will definitely be ordering this product.
