The texture feels nice when applied to the skin. There is no scent that I could pick up. The packaging is nice and I really like the applicator tip. Efficiency Strengths: soothing on the skin, nice applicator, slightly improved dark under eye area Weaknesses: will sting eyes if it works it's way in Other appreciated aspect Anytime you take an extra minute to use this, you feel like you are taking care of yourself and that makes you feel good. My advice of use Avoid getting too close to your eyes To whom I recommend it Someone looking to soothe tired skin. Perhaps after a night out or a late night with a little one.

I was curious if this product worked better than the one I’m currently using and unfortunately it is not as effective. I don’t like the consistency as it is very stiff coming out of the tube and you have to warm it up first. under make up despite what the description says as it will break the firming seal under the eye. The only way this would work with makeup would be with cosmetic procedure or surgery.

I would give this product five stars, but for some reason it only corrects my right eye. The bad under my left eye it does nothing for and I can’t figure out why. If I’m doing something wrong, please tell me, but I literally put it on both eyes, the same way, and it lifts, or at least makes my right eye look normal, but I still have a bag under my left eye. Please help because I’m assuming I’m doing something wrong

SENSORIALITY I did not notice a distinct spell. The product was a cream consistency - not thick and not runny. Took a few minutes to soak in. Cool when applied. The packaging was fine, I did not care for the notch that had to line up to put the top on. The applicator tip was nice, gave a nice cooling effect when using the product EFFICIENCY I did not have any reactions to the product and was able to use it without issue. I did not see or feel results instantly after using - although the applicator gave a nice cooling effect. After two consecutive weeks of use I do not notice an improvement in bags/puffiness, lines, or darkness. While the product did moisturize my under eyes and it wore well under makeup, I did not see long term results. ANOTHER APPRECIATED ASPECT A little amount of the product goes a long way. The tube feels as thought it would last a long time. WHO I RECOMMEND IT TO I would recommend it to someone looking for an under eye moisturizer - probably someone young enough to not need a true anti-aging product.

I am a big fan of the Hydro Biotic. I expected this product to be similar. Naturally, I don't struggle with redness. I did expect this product to moisturize a bit more. After each application, I reach for a more moisturizing face cream, because my face will still feel dry. I bought two Cool Biotics, so for what I paid for them I'll still be sure to use them up.

SENSORIALITY The texture is gel cream & oddly lumpy (but that doesn't affect how it applies) I like that it's in a tube. EFFICIENCY It's really lightweight but provides plenty of moisture. I don't like that when it dries down it still looks really shiny/wet (not greasy). With my added oil production I end up looking really shiny by the end of the day. ANOTHER APPRECIATED ASPECT I like that it wears well under spf/makeup. No pilling. MY ADVICE FOR USE I think it's more suited to oily/combo types. WHO I RECOMMEND IT TO I would recommend it to someone who enjoys a more glowy finish.

SENSORIALITY No scent. Sleek simple packaging, looks professional and clinical. Light, thin, cooling & refreshing formula. EFFICIENCY I did enjoy the cooling effects of this as it was really refreshing, especially in the morning, but this is a very thin formula, so it was not deeply hydrating. MY ADVICE FOR USE I would definitely recommend this be used in warmer weTher, as it is really cooling and light and absorbs quickly. WHO I RECOMMEND IT TO This seems great for everyone, but if you have very dry skin, this may not be for you.

Easy to use and it can be put on over make up

SENSORIALITY The lotion is light and has no odor. It is not greasy and absorbs well. It does not feel heavy on the skin, but at the same time did not feel my skin feeling particularly moisturzed. EFFICIENCY I I replaced most of my usual skin care with this product for 3 weeks, using only my niacinamide and zinc serum with it. I have combination, sensitive skin and I use a tretinoin regime usually to combat the signs of aging. I do not usually have a problem with breakouts, but this lotion did not work well for me. I ended up with pimples and a large cystic pimple on the side of my nose and one on my cheek. I did not want to use my entire regime because I wanted to get an unbiased opinion of this item but now that I am done with this test period, I am going to add the tret back into my routine and see if I can use this in my moisture layering. ANOTHER APPRECIATED ASPECT This is not greasy and can be layered well. MY ADVICE FOR USE This lightweight lotion can be layered with other products. WHO I RECOMMEND IT TO this would be perfect for someone who needs a light moisturizer.

SENSORIALITY I like the idea of the "roller" end which can help the product absorb but the opening where the product gets dispersed is awkward. It needs to be applied in front of a mirror, and even then, being careful, I ended up getting product in my eyes. The lotion itself absorbs nicely with the rolling action and I liked that there was no odor, but it did sting when it got too close to my eyes. EFFICIENCY The lotion absorbs well and you need very little. The rolling action not only helps the product get absorbed into the skin, but it also helps alleviate some under eye puffiness. I do think the method of delivery allows too much product to be dispensed, and for someone who does have lines and wrinkles, after 3 weeks of use, I did not see an improvement. I usually use a thicker product and replaced it with this which may not be emollient enough for me. ANOTHER APPRECIATED ASPECT the lotion is not sticky and absorbs well so it will incorporate nicely in my routine with another eye product. also works well under makeup because it is not too thick and can be layered. MY ADVICE FOR USE When dispensing the product, squeeze the tube lightly so that you get only a small amount. Use the roller mechanism to help the product absorb and then if necessary, a more emolient cream can be added. WHO I RECOMMEND IT TO This would be a perfect product for someone with some puffiness who needs a light moisturizer under the eyes,
