It does feel and it moisturizes but I don't think it plumps my lips much. I wasn't expecting to have huge lips but it's pretty mild for a lip plumper.

I use this everyday twice a day religiously and I'm not seeing that much of a difference. The no more needles wrinkle, that's a different story! That's a must have.

I really wanted this to plump up my lips, but it didn't. I did read other reviews that said it plumped up lips. So that is why I bought it. It did condition and soften my lips so that is the reason for the 3 stars.
