Maybe I expected too much... first, lots of packaging for little product in the tubes. Second, the plump formula tingles and works a tiny bit, really does nothing for my small lips. Third, the moisturizing side is ok, not bad, but I have about 20 other chapsticks that do more. I used it for a week and have forgotten where I put it at this point... don't recommend unless you like that tingling sensation. I'm not sure anything truly works to plump lips except filler.

I have oily/combination skin and for some reason this makes my skin very dry. With that said, maybe my skin isn't as dry as I think it is and this product will be great for someone with extremely oily skin

I've only used the mask four times (in two weeks) and so far I'm pleased. My skin does seem smoother. I'm hoping my pores will shrink a bit more in the coming weeks.

I like that this is absorbed and doesn't just coat my skin. Unfortunately, I don't see any improvement in hydration, texture, no change at all. ????

I had very high hopes because one of their other products is my anti-wrinkle holy grail but, unfortunately I didn't have a similar experience with this one. It seemed to be old or have sat for a while, as it was difficult to squeeze the hard, waxy, orange paste from the tube. Finally, half of the tube later, got to some product that I could work with. It DID de-puff my bags but, that only lasted a couple of hours, and after that my eyes looked worse than prior to application, very dry. Maybe I just got a stale product, Idk.
