    Monica and Alex were both beyond amazing - Monica greeted us and made us feel as though we were the most important people in the store. She and Alex worked closely with us as we purchased a Crown of Light necklace, rose gold heart necklace, and my granddaughters ring and were even able to size the ring for her prior to our return to the Carnival Spirit. Thanks to both Monica and Alex for their attention and assistance!!

    Disappointed in the diamond we got. My wife wanted a yellow diamond and we did not know much about them and I believe we were taken advantage of. Now that I did research I found that O-P color is not a “yellow” diamond and actually a cheap stone that we paid way too much for. My wife is devastated and I am shocked that a company like this with a brand like forevermark would scam people

    We were on a cruise, and had been to a few meetings with our onboard Diamond representative, Tanya who gave us very valuable information. Upon arrival to Grand Cayman, we went straight to DI and were given an extremely warm welcome by Hudson. We are very young and had experienced age-profiling at a few other places, however, our age did not matter here. We expressed what we were looking for, and at first were just browsing, but the team at DI worked with us to pick out pieces that truly “sang” to us. Within two hours we had the ring of our dreams built, along with great hospitality and an unforgettable experience. We will be forever grateful, and will without a doubt be returning to a DI location for any Diamond/Gem needs. A very sincere Thank You to the team!!

    I am very disappointed with my purchase, these earrings come off very easily and they have fallen off for nothing 4 times. I want to return and be refunded. In addition, you did not enter the correct address that I had given you, either in the USA. Let me know how to return my purchase to you.

    Although the service was great, we get back to the states and within a couple of months I lose a diamond and take it to our local jeweler and was told out diamond was in bad shape and several stones were lose. WHen I reached back out to DI, they said because it was over thirty days, they would not help us. The ring was thousands of dollars and only a couple of months old. What a shame. This used to be a good, reputable company, but not anymore. Buyers beware.

    I inadvertently left my wallet in the Diamond Internal Tanzanite store in the Bahamas and didnt' discover it until we returned to our cruise ship. In the interim, the sales person realized I had left it and checked up and down the street for us. Unable to reach the smaller store because their number had changed, the larger store down the street was reached. A sales person ran down to the smaller store, found my wallet and carried it to security. The Diamonds Intl. customer service in New York facilitated the return of the wallet. You can imagine my concern when I discovered my wallet missing. The wallet was returned by the larger store's security. All the Diamonds Intl. staff involved went above & beyond to return my wallet. A great staff who have true concern and value for their customers. Plus, I love my new diamond earrings. :)

    I purchased what they told me was a 19ct Diamond necklace but turns out to be a 13-16ct after my appraisal in the US. Sent DI an email for assistance and explaination and haven’t heard back in weeks. Are they giving me a refund for the difference, jeweler to make difference, what should I expect, never had this happen before.

    I fail to understand how the value of a piece of jewelry is equivalent to the purchase price when we were assured by the salesman that we were receiving a discount? Surely the value is is the replacement cost? This means there was no discount? I don't have confidence to deal with this shop again. I was never given a straight answer as to the price of the item only how much discounted price was. I will shop for my diamonds at home.

    The people we met at Diamonds international - don’ t know how to say—— they were superb, beautiful, wonderful, put up with us( that is saying a lot !)- it was a great experience! And look what I got?! Such beautiful pieces of jewelry! Have always wanted the ring , the diamond bracelet, and the gorgeous tanzanite bracelet . Will treasure them . THANK YOU!     I appreciated the time and attention to detail that Ash and JoJo provided at the Saint Thomas location. They did not make me feel pressured and were willing to show me what I wanted and did not try to sell me something I did not want. We had some fun and laughs. Will buy again from them when I am back in Saint Thomas.
