  The site is very easy to use and it is very simple to place an order. Orders usually come within 5 days of placing the order. Dermsilk always has good deals and I order all my products through them. I just recently started taking care of my skin and Dermsilk was a godsend in this process.

  I finally found a skin care regime that has done wonders for my face! I've struggled with rosacea for years. Went to a skin care specialist and they introduced me to the iS Clinical Calming Kit. Buying it through Dermasilk is very reasonably priced and I always get my product quickly. I love the autoship program.

  My order was lost by USPS and never delivered. Dermsilk shipped out a replacement as soon as I filed a missing shipment claim. I recommend the shipping insurance, as USPS is notoriously bad.

My product had been delivered and left in a random place, I didn’t get any notification and therefore it was left outside in the extreme heat for a few days. They didn’t care and offer no support.   I found I was allergic to your products as my whole face was swollen up and it itches like crazy. There were blotches to my skin as well (only where product was placed). This was the only new thing which was added to my facial routine. After a week of no use, my face went back to normal.I didn’t care for the product at all.

  I can’t give it more than 2 stars because 1. I am offended to be asked to “tip” your staff-who I assume are being paid. 2. Two of the items I ordered have defective packaging & I had to do a “work around” to use them. I have been a faithful Obagi user but will be looking for another site to order from in the future.

  The customer service is excellent! I accidentally transposed the numbers in my delivery address and my order ended up being sent back. When I called and told them what happened, they changed the number of my address to the correct number. When the box was delivered to Dermsilk, they put it BACK in the mail and resent it to me without any extra charge. Needless to say, I was Very, Very HAPPY with the customer service!

  Unfortunately, I had to stop using Lytera because it was too irritating for my sensitive skin so I cannot comment on whether or not the product was helpful for skin discoloration. Dermsilk Gave me a full refund for the return of the product and even sent me a prepaid label, which was very much appreciated..I will certainly try some of their other products.

  Said the lot number of the product didn’t match the lot number they had so they would accept it. I was so incredibly frustrated as I am a very honest person and this product did in fact come from Dermsilk. I will never shop them again.

  I received my order sooner than I expected especially considering the time of year. Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with any of the products. My skin is not reacting well to the TNS advanced serum or other products in the holiday set. I even had a breakout which is odd since that isn’t a problem for me. For the price of the products I expected much more. I waited to post a review to see if my skin settled down after a few weeks but no such luck. The TNS advanced serum feels greasy and the eye serum did nothing for me. Total waste of money. The SkinMedica firm and tone body lotion was no better than any other toning lotion on the market despite the price. I had high expectations due to the price but for someone who never breaks out, these products fell short.

  My order was returned to the warehouse twice with no explanation. The home address was correct both times and people were home. The third time I contacted them, they just refunded my money. Disappointed as this was a Christmas gift. Will never shop here again.

  I purchased your brand on Amazon and found that it wad a counterfeit, I returned and wrote to Amazon about my experience. I would hope that people selling on Amazon counterfeit products would be shut down.

  I asked customer service for assistance and he was extremely helpful. I love the products I have tried. I wish I would have gotten a sample of something other than what I ordered so I could try a new product. I ordered Eye cream and got sample product of eye cream.

  Shipping took longer than expected, however I understand the Black Friday/Cyber Monday volume of orders. I would have also preferred more padding/a larger box; some of the interior boxes were scuffed and damaged, and the package was so small that it was shoved in my mailbox. I also prefer a trackable mail shipping method.

  I purchased eye cream and the bottle was broken. Upon contacting customer service I was told to send back damaged product and THEN they would send me another bottle. POOR customer service. I could have easily sent picture and damaged product and they could have sent one asap. instead it will be another two weeks until I receive product. For that reason I will shop elsewhere.
