  I have quickly become a huge fan of CustomCat. Their products are truly high quality, get mugs and shirts. The fulfillment production times are super quick. I will likely be shifting from other POD providers to CustomCat. My customers are happy with how fast the products are arriving.

  Excellent. I called and all questions were answered. Great customer service! Then my products were produced and shipped quickly. The quality was great . . . my old provider has had issues, so I am testing other providers and will open my account with Custom Cat. Very impressive!

  Lately they have been shipping so fast. I am pumped to have them as a Dropshipper. We have had our disagreements don't get me wrong (i.e. when they got rid of the embroidered hats), but their customer service (generally speaking) and their digisoft printing is very nice. I do wish they offered a few more products (i.e. Sneakers, and more Made in USA products but nobody is perfect) and I'm sure they are hard at work to deliver what they are already delivering. The also, let you print whatever instead of discriminating against well to put it bluntly conservatives. They just stick to the business model and let both sides of the political isle print what they want... as it should be. So, FIVE STARS! Keep up the good work!

  I sell on Etsy and they only allow mock-ups from integrated print providers. However, CustomCat only gives one mock-up, which means I still have to use my old print provider to get mock-ups of all 3 sides of my full-wrap mugs. This is laborious and bothersome because I don't want anything to do with my old print provider but I have to keep them around for mock-ups. The user interface is confusing and isn't as user friendly as sites like Printify, who gives mock-ups of all 3 sides. I love Custom Cat and they're my primary print provider, but there's a lot of extra work involved because of the mock-ups situation caused by Etsy regulations and Custom Cat only mocking up one side of a full-wrap mug. I plan on sticking around, but I hope things get better.

  Can not speak highly enough of this company. Ive just been through a very busy Q4 with them for the first time and in absolute awe in the care taken with my orders by the team.   Good! I have had minimal problems. Most problems I have had are my error but I do appreciate your staff pointing out where to solve the issues. They are great. My customers' responses to the shirts have been 5 star too. Customers comment on how soft they feel, the quality of the print and how beautiful it looks. Great job to CC family!

  I give it 4 stars because there are a few things that need to be changed, which I do know some are in the process of being changed and will be launched soon. But what I don't like it they so not use Canvas in their previews so images wrap around drinkware products. (This is one they are going to fix) But to me it's super embarrassing to have a flat image on a round product. the other thing that needs to be fixed is they need to include the product Colors somewhere on the image so customers can clearly know what color option they are choosing. Some of the images are very blurry on the products as well which lead me to include a product image for customers to be able to see what so they don't think they are getting a blurry image. To me these things are unacceptable and need to be addressed asap. We need the up most professional look to the products as possible. I am also having issue not being able to edit my listing as a whole. I get an error which then has lead me to delete the listing and start fresh. I will say their support team is awesome. So please hurry and fix these issue CustomCat and we will have 5 stars.

  Working with CustomCat has been great for our running club. They have a lot of technical fabric options that are great to run in. My club appreciates being able to order whatever color they like and having one off designs available to them. I've had way more orders than ever before and it gets our club name out in public.

  It has worked great so far. I called the company to ask some questions and they were answered. The quality of the product itself is amazing. The app has a learning curve, but they provide many resources, and honestly .... what POD app doesn't have a learning curve

  Would absolutely recommend it to others. The area where they can improve is in the variation number which is limited to 100. They said that this is the limitation of Etsy, but I'm not sure. Other stores with different POD Companies have more variations to choose from. But if you are resourceful, you can use this to your advantage

If they offered printing on back of shirts and sleeves it wwould be awesome I do recomment customcat for anyone wanting to learn drop shipping and print on demand. oh product selection is awesone also.. a cropped tee for ladies would help a lot too

  I am a new seller and so far, I am having a blast with Custom Cat. I love the free print on demand option that is allowing me to launch my business with minimal startup costs. The software is super easy to use and they have a great assortment of different products and accessories. I love the availability of colors with the t-shirts. I am excited to see how the live prints turn out and how the customer service will support sales.

  First off, I'm very biased. And here’s why, and after you read this review, and you try them you will be too. This company continually, amazes me and blows my mind. I've never worked with a Print on demand (POD) company that is so involved in their seller’s success. Perfect example is my last job, I had so many last-minute issues with the order due to my client, it was crazy. To say I was panicked, is an understatement. In the design and t-shirt business, time is gold that can melt away like ice on a hot day, if not handled quickly. But to them, no stress, calm business as usual and they got the job completed and out the door super-fast. I’m so grateful, even more so my client was so impressed with the quality and print. We will get more orders from them because they are singing our praises. THE BEST ADVERTISEMENT IS A HAPPY CLIENT. They made me a priority and they jumped through hoops to help me, and they always have. I felt like I was the only seller but that’s how everyone with CustomCat feels. If I could change anything, it would be more clothing style options for women. But it’s my understanding that is coming soon. Like seriously they are that Great! They take suggestions seriously. Its not like the other POD I’ve worked with where its them and then you. They are Truly in every sense of the word on the Same Team as you. They ALWAYS, answer my questions and address my concerns. Even if the question is DUH question, they are Never condescending or blow me off. They educate me and share knowledge that would take me years to gain. They build up, help, and educate All sellers they aren’t bias, and the Facebook group is in itself an asset. We love CustomCat (CC) so much we are dropping ever POD on or site that sells T-shirts. Why? Because we can’t rely on them, slow shipping, lack of communication the list goes on. However, CustomCat, they are the BOMB. CustomCat has hands down the best product, Bella canvas, Next level, Super soft Gildan and more, CustomCat has the Best Customer service. OH! And I almost forgot to mention they don’t care how big the order is they are on it. You can try the others but save yourself the headache and go with CustomCat. They set the standard by example. CustomCat, not only makes you believe the impossible is possible, by making it happen. They show you how to be successful. They are an asset you can Not afford to not have.   CustomCat is the BEST POD place in America. They have excellent communication with their users - telling us promptly of out of stock items. They have an awesome selection and print very quickly. My buyers in US can expect their orders fast because they are printed here. I ordered some samples so I could include little videos with my listings. The items were above my expectations which were already high based on the good reviews from my customers. The mug packaging is outstanding compared to other POD companies that order the printing from China. I really wish they would hurry with Amazon integration. Their Etsy integration is great. Most of my orders are custom so I have no experience with the fulfillment side of their Etsy integration.

  The app is fairly easy to use. I would like to see a better mockup generator that maybe contours text on a mug, rather than just showing the text in front of the mug. Other than that, pretty straightforward. Their support is good and fast at responding to questions.

  I think the design placement interface might be bigger. Though it's ok and I like the Title, Pricing and other details options while I'm placing the design. The shirt mockup might be better, it looks like the Tshirt is blown up by the wind, a little unnatural compared to what's popular on Etsy - relaxed look, flat laying shirts.

  Customcat's integration to Etsy is amazing. The system is user friendly and perfect for ecom newbies like me.   I started using CustomCat for my Etsy shop about 6 months ago. The integration was pretty smooth from the beginning, but CustomCat has been making constant improvements that have made it easier & easier.
