I recently purchased Van Cleef and Arpels "FIRST" Eau de Parfum refill spray. It was a straightforward ordering experience because I knew what I was looking for. I have used the same fragrance for 25 years. I particularly liked that there was an area to type a message. I used this area to ask that they please ensure that I receive Eau de Parfum and not Eau de Toilette. From other stores, not Cosmab.com, I have received the wrong product on multiple occasions.
