  Order sent in 2separate packages. One was damaged with the box inside smashed with all sides open. The second package was HUGE-many,many,many times the size of the very small pkg with the hosiery inside. The representative I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and gave me the appropriate documentation for return of both items in one package. Unfortunately, I did have to pay for postage to return the damaged items. I will be seeking an alternate route for purchasing compression stockings.

  Good service , terrible product . The opentoe ones are cheaply made and small . Almost like a temu product. Needless to say I destroyed them trying to put them on the first time .JUNK The duamed stockings are much better quality. They worked fine ,still a bit small . I'm just not happy with them.

  I have had cheap stockings last me for years without getting a snag or a run. I wore these one time and had multiple runs. They are incredibly difficult to put on as well. For the money, which is ridiculously over priced, I would have expected that these lasted more than a few wearings without getting a run in them. This was very disappointing.

  I may have ordered the wrong size although I measured and ordered in accordance with their instructions. They do not fit. They are so tight I struggle to even get them on my feet. They also do not stay up properly and bunch up in spots on my mid calf and ankle. Think they do more harm than good.

  Sigvaris is the best. I've worn a compression stocking for 40 years after an injury permanently damaged my calf leg veins. In that time, I've bought compression stockings from every company that makes them, including Jobst and I've tried the bargain basement ones too. Sigvaris is simply the best even though they are reasonably priced. The most expensive are not the best. Sigvaris is. After needing to wear one every day for 40 years and trying countless makers, I know.

  Overall, everything worked out fine. My concern is that the telephone numbers don't work, which made me feel that the company is a scam. I tried the phone number on their website and when I couldn't get through, I looked up on the web and found other numbers for them. Each time it sounded like the phone disconnected or was busy. I've never been able to get through which still leaves me suspicious. Have you ever heard of a company that provides a customer service telephone number, but they do not answer the phone. Is that good service? Room for improvement in my opinion.

  Site was difficult because it wouldn’t let me order on line and I had a very helpful gentleman assist me. I ordered the size large and long even though I’m not a big person 134 pounds. The fit is tight so I don’t know how a person over 140 pounds would manage to get them on. They certainly work for me though.

  I have ordered the compression stockings for years. The new order is not satisfactory, They keep slipping down my leg. Maybe they are too big or badly made, I have not had this problem before. I will wash them and see if that helps, otherwise I am returning them and buying a different product.

  Seem more durable than most but clearly provide less compression compared to medical grade socks of equivalent compression rating, particulary around the ankles.

  I have shopped for price reasons over 24 years different online and retail stores for hosiery. Without being defamatory in any way I like this company overall. Medicare doesn"t cover hosiery, and it can become an item where I have to budget my budget. :) A good website, easy to navigate, and telephone help is great. Wishing you a good holiday!
