Customer Service: easy to use web site and stockings arrived fast/in excellent condition Stockings: I was on the dangerous drug Midodrine for lightheadedness due to a salt wasting disorder. After 18 months taking it, I recovered/stopped the drug. When I relapsed I tried compression stockings, which kept me off medication. The knee high sport stockings are comfortable and durable. I alternate between 2 pairs which last about 2 years. Great experience and I love my stockings!

I’ve been ordering the same sock for years. This time when I ordered them the band on some of them are different. Unfortunately they do not stay up. Now I will have to reorder at cost by another company. Some had the wide band and some had the more narrow band. Everything on the box said the same thing except it said access. Not sure what that was supposed to mean.

I was a very happy customer for 4 or the 5 prior years. This company has completely fallen apart in the last year. The often advertise sales taht don't appear to be sales, as the sale price matches the manufacturers suggested retail price on the items I purchase. They have supply chain issues, and shipping hassles that have now driven me to another company.

Website is fine, does the job well. Delivery notice could be much better. The socks however do a great job. They are what the my PA told me to get and they work really well. The website navigation is good.I used to find more colors selections such as gray, navy blue and other neutral colors. It is hard for me to put on, not elastic. it is very difficult to put on and take off!! The waist area (which hold the socks together is very short) and keep falling but it is comfortable enough for the abdominal organs as it is softer not too tight. I would recommend keeping the same elasticity/softer and make it a little more longer a little bit.

While the compression provided by the sock is good what I found disappointing is that the design has changed and the ribbed version of the sock apparently is no longer available. Secondly, I noticed the left and right foot designation is gone and so now the socks are made to fit either foot, which means in my estimation that the manufacturing process has been cheapened and the sock is no longer designed for an individual foot. considering the price of these socks, I find this disappointing and will now start to look for alternatives.

CompressionStockings is a distributor of medical garments made by various companies. They don't have anything to do with the quality of the garments themselves, so I am reviewing their promptness of shipping and their communication when there are issues, which are excellent. However, I don't think this review company is the right one for their business. There are too many reminders sent, which is harassment of the customer, and they even admit that sometimes a request may come before your items have actually been delivered. That's outrageous! It's rude and arrogant to waste customers' time responding to that request. If the review company is so 'sophisticated', it ought to be able to figure out how to hold a request until after the item has been delivered. (Actually, the best time to request a review is about two weeks after the customer has received the item, so the customer has an opportunity to assess the product and the customer service.) So CompressionStockings gets 5 stars and VerifiedReviews gets 1.
