  I've had good luck with this company in the past. This time, not so much. I called and said that I just wanted to repeat a prior order . Same identical items, same quantity, etc. The phone service rep was helpful, but she got the order wrong. I was sent the wrong size. My order was split into two shipments, and I cannot begin the replacement process until the second half of the order is received. I then need to send the incorrect items back, have the return verified by the company, and then they can begin the process to replace the incorrect items. In the meantime, I'm stuck with products I can't use and don't have the products I need. And the mistake wasn't mine.

  I typically have purchased less expensive compression hose so this was a first order with you. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. The quality is wonderful: smooth feel, not bulky even around my ankles, colors were what I was looking for, and my legs felt good (less swelling, little pain) even at the end of a long day. My other hosiery wore out quickly and lost their elasticity over relatively short periods. I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks for providing great products at reasonable prices with quick delivery!

  The low cut socks were nice, but both pairs had a very tight band at top that left deep marks on my ankles. The stocking knee highs fit well, but the nude color was a yellowish tan and not sheer. Disppointed in these particular products.

  The customer service lady was terrific and my order is perfect. The knee-hi's are wonderful but the thigh-hi lace tops roll down and they are very difficult to get on but I will master it sooner or later. I will need to wear them more than once to make sure they don't cut off my circulation at the top due to the rolling down.

  I love the Jobst compression stockings, but I find them to be expensive. So, whenever I can get them at a discount, I am ready to purchase. Other sites offer free shipping on all purchases.   This company is great! Great customer service, and really great prices! I got a quote from a couple of medical offices that deal with deep vein thrombosis and they were all double to price. I was able to get 2 pairs of stockings for the same price as one of their pairs. I also had to return a pair due to the tightness. It works for one leg, so I kept a pair, and replaced with another pair a little less tight. They were easy to work with and made the return very easy! Great company!!

  The overall site navigation and ease of ordering was good. I didn’t like the opaque jobst stockings themselves. They were shorter than normal so they didn’t go up my leg far enough. and the opaque material does not stretch very well.

  Had to make a return and it could not be completed online. So I called customer service and they were great! They helped me with the return, explained everything so that even I could understand, and they made it so simple. The hard part was driving to the post office to mail. Customer service is getting harder and harder to find. This is one company that takes care of their customers!!! I highly recommend this company!

  I use Jobst. They are comfortable and they work to prevent tired, achey, swollen legs. Since I often walk 4-5 miles a day on the farm just tsking care of business.I have been wesring them for 10 or so years.
