One major feature that they developed is the countdown timer for specific products and the daily changes in our promotions, which could enable our customers to get really good prices and discounts. Coalition Technologies also provided a solution so that each product page has different options, such as sizing or color. They created, mapped, and integrated an algorithm to show each of our product’s various selections. Their team then helped us with SEO for six months

  Coalition does very good design work. They created our ecommerce site design with no development work and the quality of their work was very good. Their strategy guy told us that their design work focused more on the sales and marketing and that showed up through our site. Perhaps I somehow expected them to do everything on the sales and marketing side of things and at the same time be really creative in the design element but that didn't happen. So my recommendation here is if your big priority is better SEO or selling more (improvements showed with launch of the new site) then they could be the right agency for you. If you want something really beautiful or "artistic" then maybe not so much with them.

  Coalition does our online paid advertising. So far, they're handling Adwords, Facebook advertising, Microsoft Ads and they are also helping us with Amazon ads (Which I had no experience in before or even knew about). They have a high management cost (comparatively) which varies on your spend amount with them. But so far that has been a non factor with the amount that we saved. Our spend rate savings (on average) is about 35% over the first six months we have worked with them (which is why we're adding in some more advertising networks). Fortunately, that savings has not resulted in any fall off with sales. If we can keep the mean and lean spend going, and find some new advertising opportunities, these guys are golden!

  I found Coalition Technologies online and decided to use their services because of their 5-star rating. I usually don't get that excited about services that I've had or restaurants, but I can honestly say that Coalition did a SIX star job on my website. I had previously hired three different web developers and not one of them knew the first thing about SEO. They did a poor job of building my website let alone promoting it. Coalition completely rebuilt my website from scratch and made it exactly as I had envisioned it. The designers were extremely nice and helpful and guided me through the whole process of making my new website. Once they completed our site, their SEO expert did great job at pushing my site to the top of search results. I am recommending Coalition to everyone I know.

  They are really good at marketing of design and development. They provided us a lot of extra tips into what we needed to be doing from an SEO standpoint just by engaging our project manager in review of the discovery phase. When our site went live for about a month, there's a noticeable 15% uptick in organic traffic. Having been around for a few site migrations and launches, I've never seen an upswing that short after launch, so this is a major plus to working with Coalition (and the main reason they're 4 stars).

  They are efficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously. I have previous experience with another design firm that only did one project at a time. That meant that everyone was available BUT we paid that way too (probably 5x what we paid for the site). With Coalition, their dev / design / project managers are handling multiple projects simultaneously. This is not a bad thing UNLESS you miss a deadline on getting them the feedback / content that they need. Then you move back in line. This could cause a delay in your project, so do not miss getting them the info they needed from you to move ahead. Again, something that was our fault, BUT something we should have known on the onset.

  Our Wordpress website was customized and designed by Coalition Technologies. All of their quotations are in business days. There's a difference of approximately 4 weeks vs 6 weeks if we compare 30 business days and 30 days. This was something I overlooked when we signed up. I thought the quotation was for 60 days but I realized that it was 60 business days (12 weeks). They were consistent in quoting business days throughout, so the miss really was on me for not catching it, so pay attention when you're planning your schedule / calendar.

  My friend needed help in launching her business in the marketing and internet world. So I thought of helping her out. I thought that my skills alone would get the job done but it wasn't until we reached out to Coalition Technologies that things started really coming together.   I worked with Joel and Jordan on getting my new website designed, built and optimized. They took the time to go in depth through all my requirements in our first meeting and they try to understand all of my needs. They brought up a bunch of factors I hadn't even thought of until they mentioned it! After my website was built, they stayed with me to try to figure out how to get the traffic to come. They did search optimization and they were able to help it rank pretty high for my keywords and actually get me new customers! I strongly recommend their service.

  The person I worked with in Coalition under "retainer" was Josh. This is their way of handling maintenance or miscellaneous tasks that come up when you run an online business. Good- They are quick to respond to our requests, as advertised. They are reliable in terms of development work (harder to come by these days, it seems) and they are well organized. Bad- We had several things to get taken cared of and these seem to burn through a lot of money quickly. We knew our site wasn't built the best that's why we asked for help, but we didn't anticipate how quickly we could spend money. In the end, go with Coalition, you get what you pay for.

  I have very limited knowledge about SEO and web design. What I do know is that if you want to start a business or have a business, you better have a really good web site. And that is the case I am in, little knowledge about web site creation and I am starting a new business. I found Coalition Technologies SEO and Web Design on Yelp and noticed they offered a coupon. Money off is what every new business owner needs. :) So, I called them up and told them I know little to nothing and needed their help to walk me through what to do and what they can do for me. They gave me outstanding customer service. They handled me like a kid with gloves. I think if I would have reached out to any other company they would have hung up on me with all the questions I asked. But not with Coalition, they listened and explained at a level I could understand. I really enjoyed working with them and my new web site is going to be great. I would recommend this company 100% for your web design needs.

  We needed help with our SEO so we reached out to Coalition Technologies. We had a great experience with them since they were very professional and prompt. Charles contacted me and he told me more about their company and how they will be able to help ours. Their pricing is very competitive with the market, they provided us with a very thorough SEO audit report that broke down every aspect of our website as well as how to improve our site's "visibility" on the internet. Kristina and Charles were very helpful throughout this process and are one of the many reasons why we will returning to Coalition Technology when we need them again!

  Coalition Technologies team was very helpful in making the back end coding work on my online site.   I spoke to several agencies prior to reaching out to Coalition Technologies and to be honest my experience with the other agencies wasn’t great. They seemed to think they had a lot to offer, but they didn’t really seem to listen to our site’s particular needs, not to mention their deliverables weren’t very impressive. Talking to Doug was refreshing and he quickly set his team apart from the competition. Coalition Technologies has a much more collaborative approach than what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Doug is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. I’m looking forward to see how big our site can get!

  I already have a fashion ecommerce website and I hired Coalition do this, here's a quick background on my experience and I'm sharing a tip- Firstly, this agency is very focused on design that sells (they use conversion as the term) and works on the 'typical' online marketing stuff. If you're a fashion company, you might want to be more focused on just the look and feel. Their designers seem really good at their focus. We also had to spend a bit more time and money to get the feel and look in the design phase until I finally got the site we're happy with. If you are building a site where looks are the top priority, maybe they aren't the best for you. But if you want a good looking site that is more about selling and marketing, they are the reliable choice.
